In this episode, Keith talks to Sarah Chipman, creator of the Soulfull Nourishment support group, about overcoming an eating disorder. Sarah reveals how her condition was a way of coping with her feelings and admits she was initially reluctant to seek treatment. Since her recovery, Sarah is committed to maintaining her physical, mental, and spiritual health and she advises anyone who is struggling with an eating disorder to admit they have a problem and reach out to someone they love and trust for support. Her healing journey has inspired her to help others and her weekly support group provides a safe and non-judgmental space for people to talk openly and without shame about eating-related issues. To find out more about Sarah’s work, visit the Soulfull Nourishment Facebook group and follow @soulfull.nourishment on Instagram. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/keith-macpherson/message

Raised on a diet of Queen and Nirvana in a small northern English town, the Jarman brothers - Ryan, Gary and Ross - knew they'd end up making music. What they could have never anticipated, however, is how far it would take them. From sleeping in vans to playing the main stages of the biggest festivals in the world, The Cribs have rolled with the punches for well over a decade - and they're not done yet. On their first tour of Australia in five years, the Jarmans locked in a half-hour of power to dissect the Wakefield punk scene, how The Sleepy Jackson kicked off their career and why you should never leash your dog to a power generator. The Cribs' latest album is entitled 24/7 Rock Star Shit. You can stream and download it from their Bandcamp: http://thecribs.bandcamp.com Thanks to Sarah Chipman at Title Track and to The Lansdowne.
