“I did a diet and then it stopped working” is one of the most common things I hear from people… and by “I did a diet”, they mean, “I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks”. Anyone can lose 10lbs (just cutting carbs alone will cause your body to dump 10 pounds of water weight)….. So how do you keep burning fat once the “honeymoon period” is over?
