Patrick Pychynski is the founder of Stacking Capital and a specialist in helping entrepreneurs unlock 0% interest business funding without relying on high-interest debt or personal guarantees. A former scrap metal yard operator turned business credit strategist, Patrick now helps clients secure $50,000 to $500,000 in funding by optimizing their credit and compliance—empowering them to scale while preserving personal financial security. Make sure to download our free guide, 7 Questions Every Passive Investor Should Ask, here. Key Takeaways Patrick helps business owners secure 0% interest business credit cards—often between $50K–$500K—with little to no impact on their personal credit. These cards offer short-term financing with 6–18 month 0% periods and typically don't report to personal credit bureaus. Using these strategies can help cover renovation costs, down payments, or working capital needs when timed strategically. He stresses the difference between credit problems and cash flow problems, and why knowing the difference is key to growth. The ultimate goal is to make businesses bankable—ensuring they meet lender compliance standards for long-term financing. Topics Unlocking 0% Interest Business Funding Focuses on business credit cards with 0% interest intro periods for 6–18 months. Uses a three-pronged approach based on credit, cash flow, or collateral—most clients qualify via credit. Cards typically do not report to personal credit, which helps preserve your debt-to-income ratio. Who This Strategy Works For Best for business owners or real estate investors with 700+ personal credit scores. Short-term capital is ideal for fix-and-flip deals, renovations, down payments, or getting a business off the ground. Should not be used by those with poor cash flow or no repayment plan in place. How to Use Credit Cards for Real Estate or Business Growth Tools like Plastiq allow you to convert credit limits into cash, incurring only a 3–6% fee. Helps investors bridge capital gaps without affecting mortgage qualification or personal DTI. Strategy can be repeated if credit is managed properly and balances are kept low after intro periods expire. From Mistakes to Mastery Patrick learned the hard way—once jailed for a contract technicality due to lack of credit and funding options. That experience sparked his passion to educate others on leveraging business credit instead of personal risk. Today, he uses software to run compliance scans that instantly show clients what financing they're eligible for. Making Your Business Bankable Emphasizes the long-term play: becoming compliant with lender standards (like business addresses, credit file structuring). Explains why 90% of businesses get denied by banks—often due to non-compliance, not creditworthiness. His software helps correct these gaps quickly, helping businesses graduate from non-bankable to bankable.
Jarred gave me a carwash pass for Mother's Day, and after lots of lugging, shuttling, and adventuring, one day I noticed how bad my car needed to be washed, specifically the windshield. It was so dirty! So I pulled through the carwash, and when I got out, it was like a breath of fresh air! Being able to see through that dirty window, it was like a whole new world was opened up! It reminded me of the same experience I'd had when I put a new screen protector on my phone after the previous one had been cracked and damaged. Same experience. A breath of fresh air. The word I would use to describe both of these experiences is CLARITY Clarity generally refers to how clear, understandable, or free of confusion something is. I want to discuss mental clarity, because when our head is cluttered and full, we don't show up as our best, can't think and perform clearly, and don't connect with others as well. Mental clarity refers to a state where your thinking is sharp, focused, and not clouded by confusion or distraction. Here are 10 Steps to Clarity: Clear the mental clutter. Get enough sleep. Practice mindfulness or meditation. Exercise regularly. Eat clean and hydrate. Prioritize and plan. Take a digital detox. Talk it out. Optimize the time of day. Get Present. Sometimes clarity comes with just a carwash or a new screen protector, but mental clarity, when the world opens up and our minds open up, may be a little different. When we hike, the higher we are, the further we can see. Sometimes we are stuck in a rabbit hole and spinning in circles. So we need to get a bigger picture and a greater perspective. Try just one of these 10 steps and see if you experience some clarity in your day today!

Rosann shares her personal journey growing up as a pastor's daughter and facing the pain of her father's struggles with chronic illness and addiction. You'll learn practical steps for recognizing hidden wounds, the importance of honest conversations with God, and how to find your true identity in your heavenly Father. If you or someone you love is seeking freedom from past hurts, this episode offers hope, resources, and encouragement for your path to healing. Recognizing Hidden Father Wounds We talked about subtle signs that you may have unresolved father wounds—like feeling distant from God, pulling away from trustworthy people, struggling with prayer, or experiencing discomfort with the idea of God as “Father.” Rosann offers practical advice on honest self-reflection and the power of admitting those struggles as the first step to healing. 3. How Father Wounds Impact Our Identity Do you ever feel defined by what your parents did or said? Rosann and I chatted about the shame and identity struggles that stem from parental wounds—and how embracing our true identity as God's beloved children brings freedom and healing. 4. Practical Steps Toward Healing Rosann urges anyone feeling “stuck” to seek support—through Christian counseling, open prayer, or journaling. She reminds us that healing isn't instant but starts with allowing God to redefine our identity and trusting Him for the journey. 5. Topics Discussed: Minoa's evolution from solving internal product-to-GTM communication challenges The emergence of value engineers as a new role in B2B organizations Building and co-creating the "value-based selling tools" category on G2 Leveraging customer advisory boards for evangelism and network growth The shift toward AI-powered personalization in B2B sales processes Mid-funnel optimization strategies for reducing deal drop-off rates GTM Lessons For B2B Founders: Co-create categories with platforms early: Max successfully worked with G2 to establish the "value-based selling tools" category within six months by building genuine relationships with researchers and sharing market insights consistently. He explains, "I connected with different researchers... and just shared my thoughts. I didn't have actually any idea that they could be launching this category in the near future." B2B founders should proactively engage with category-defining platforms like G2 and Gartner by sharing authentic market observations rather than pushing for category creation. Optimize for AI-powered buyer research: Max discovered that prospects increasingly use ChatGPT and Perplexity to build vendor shortlists, and these tools reference G2 as a primary source. He notes, "If you are not there, if you're not existing in your category, it's going to be hard for ChatGPT to shortlist you." B2B founders should ensure their presence in authoritative databases and directories that AI tools commonly reference, as this represents a new channel for buyer discovery. Build strategic advisory networks with equity + recognition: Max created a "Star Path Collective" of advisors incentivized with equity shares and bottles of wine for successful referrals. His approach is refreshingly simple: "Just say, hey, we're trying to build this market... are you interested?" This generates warm introductions and ongoing strategic guidance. B2B founders should systematically identify potential advisors who are already bought into their vision and offer meaningful but not overcomplicated incentive structures. Focus on mid-funnel conversion, not just top-funnel generation: Max emphasizes that many companies obsess over lead generation while ignoring massive drop-offs in the middle stages. He explains, "You can solve everything around pipeline, but if you don't get your mid funnel right... you're also going to lose." B2B founders should analyze their CRM data to identify specific drop-off points and create targeted collateral and processes to address these conversion bottlenecks rather than simply generating more leads. Leverage customers as category evangelists: Max's most successful content and growth strategies center on customer stories and insights. He advises, "The customers are the best people to tell a story about what they have achieved with your product." Rather than creating generic thought leadership, B2B founders should systematically capture and amplify customer transformation stories, which serve dual purposes of social proof and category education. Maintain founder-led sales longer with AI augmentation: Max continues doing founder-led sales while building scalable processes, noting that AI tools enable small teams to maintain high personalization at scale. He believes this approach is more sustainable than rushing to hire sales teams. B2B founders should consider extending their founder-led sales phase by leveraging AI and automation tools rather than defaulting to rapid sales team expansion. // Sponsors: Front Lines — We help B2B tech companies launch, manage, and grow podcasts that drive demand, awareness, and thought leadership. www.FrontLines.io The Global Talent Co. — We help tech startups find, vet, hire, pay, and retain amazing marketing talent that costs 50-70% less than the US & Europe. www.GlobalTalent.co // Don't Miss: New Podcast Series — How I Hire Senior GTM leaders share the tactical hiring frameworks they use to build winning revenue teams. Welcome to another show about the big toe (hopefully you heard the first presentation, What’s the Big Deal About the Big Toe?) because in this episode, we’re taking it further. You will learn why your big toe is crucial for efficient movement, and how its functionality influences everything from your running stride to balance. I reveal how wearing tight, restrictive shoes can hinder your big toe’s ability to function properly, leading to muscle imbalances, poor glute activation, and even overuse injuries. You will hear about the myths surrounding “over-pronation” and why it’s not the enemy—and why poor big toe function is. I also dive into the science behind conditions like “runner’s hallux” and the role of the big toe in controlling pronation, explain why two-thirds of endurance runners have a dysfunctional big toe, and why barefoot-inspired footwear like Peluvas may be the best path to restoring foot health and strength. This is a great episode to listen to if you want to learn how to improve your big toe health and take your movement and fitness to the next level! TIMESTAMPS: Big toe functionality helps influence and optimize pronation. [00:58] Pronation is the natural inward and downward rotation of the foot and the flattening of the arch during the walking or running stride. [02:02] There has never been any research to reveal that the most high-tech modern running shoes or any running shoe ever invented can actually control pronation. [05:38] How can we get better at pronation? [08:03] Walk around barefoot as much as you can. [12:27] LINKS: Brad Kearns.com B.rad Whey Protein Superfuel - The Best Protein on The Planet! Most of us have tried them—spent the money, followed the plans—only to end up frustrated or right back where we started. The missing piece? A strong foundation. And the good news is, it's not complicated—just a few practical, common-sense shifts can spark real, lasting change. You'll learn how to: Eat a nutrient-dense diet rooted in real, whole foods (not calorie math), following Weston A. Price principles and honoring your bio-individual needs. Optimize digestion, the root of all health, by chewing thoroughly, practicing mindful eating, and supporting stomach acid and enzyme function (see Episode 11 for more). Balance blood sugar with small, daily habits like walking after meals and pairing carbs with protein and fat (see Episode 28). Improve sleep through calming evening routines, avoiding stimulants before bed, and aligning with your circadian rhythm. Reduce stress with tools like the 4-7-8 breath, gratitude practices, and brain dumping— (see Episode 42). Incorporate movement you actually enjoy—walking, dancing, or strength training—while supporting lymph flow, bone density, and energy. You'll also hear real-life strategies like Mike's “gas station rule,” how to track wins without perfectionism, and why home-cooked meals and community support are game changers. Most importantly, we'll help you find your why—the motivation that keeps you going when things get hard. Can we claim hope and purpose in challenges? Tina Yeager sits down with the prolific and award-winning author Jane Ann Kirkpatrick, whose passion for historical fiction has led her to write over 40 books about courageous women overcoming personal trials. Together, they explore how we can find purpose in our challenges—whether we're facing the struggles of young motherhood, separation from loved ones, financial hardship, or the deep pain of grief. Facing Hardship with Purpose Jane dives deep into why overcoming trials is a recurring theme in her novels—especially her latest, Across the Crying Sands. Drawing on personal experiences and her research on pioneering women, Jane shares how these historical figures managed to build meaningful lives even when resources were slim and options limited. Their secret? Resilience, faith, and finding community, even in the harshest conditions. Modern Parallels for Today's Women Jane's stories resonate with single moms and young mothers today. The women she writes about faced loneliness, family separation, and the daily uncertainties of frontier life. Jane encourages us to look for “the rungs of the ladder” to climb out of tough places—leaning on faith, building community, and being open to help from others. One standout message: independence is vital, but so is knowing when to reach out for support. Purpose and vision anchor us through difficulties, and community sustains us when we can't do it alone. Turning Challenges into Creativity Jane shares a memorable reader story—how one woman facing the anxiety of having a deployed spouse chose to create her own support circle. Instead of lingering in worry, she formed a family book club, finding agency and connection. It's a beautiful reminder that, as Jane says, “when things are tough, don't complain, create.” She also urges us to make the most of what we have—whether it's creating economical solutions for our families or choosing to gather at the table for a meal. Small, intentional moments matter. Grief, Comfort, and Community Grief is a universal challenge, and Jane addresses it with sensitivity. Drawing from both her novels and years in mental health, she stresses the importance of honoring grief while looking for transformation and comfort. Sometimes, just being present for someone is the greatest gift. A Quick Tip to Carry Forward Jane leaves us with a beautiful charge—to trust the power you have to make a difference in someone's life. Simple gestures—smiles, encouragement, even a kind word—can become defining moments for those around us. Stay Connected with Jane Ann Kirkpatrick Learn more about Jane's books and get inspired through her monthly StorySparks newsletter at jkbooks.com. You'll also find links to order her novels (including Across the Crying Sands) at a discount from Baker Publishing, and see what's new on her author Facebook and Instagram pages. Drawing from her latest novel, Across the Crying Sands, Jane shares the real-life journey of a young woman on the Oregon frontier who discovered meaning amid adversity by stepping into a groundbreaking role as the region's first postmistress. Through both historical insights and heartfelt audience stories, Jane and Tina discuss the enduring power of faith, community, resilience, and the importance of seeking support when times get tough. If you're searching for hope and wisdom to navigate your own challenges, you won't want to miss this inspiring conversation packed with encouragement, practical tips, and timeless truths. Julia Menez is a travel hacking expert, educator, and founder of GeoBreeze Travel. With a background as an actuary, Julia brings a unique analytical approach to maximizing credit card points and airline miles for luxury travel. She's dedicated her career to teaching entrepreneurs and high-income professionals how to leverage everyday expenses for free flights, hotel stays, and elite perks. Julia's practical, no-nonsense style and deep industry knowledge make her a standout in the world of points and miles. On this episode we talk about: Julia's journey from actuary to full-time travel hacking entrepreneur The basics of travel hacking and who should (and shouldn't) play the points game How to choose the right credit cards based on your spending habits and business needs The potential pitfalls and risks of chasing points, and how to avoid them Real-life examples of maximizing points for luxury travel and upgrades Top 3 Takeaways Travel hacking isn't for everyone: If you can't pay off your credit cards in full each month, the interest will wipe out any rewards. Discipline is key. Optimize for simplicity: For business owners with predictable expenses, focus on a simple card strategy that matches your spending profile rather than juggling dozens of cards. Leverage business expenses: If you're an entrepreneur, running recurring or high-volume expenses through the right cards can yield significant travel rewards—without extra spending. Notable Quotes "If you have to carry a balance, any interest that you have to pay is going to negate the value that you're getting out of your points." "Real money before points money."
