And with a new show debuting on ITV in February titled “Survival of the Fittest”, Sita reveals why he along with many other people within fitness had to turn down the opportunity to appear on the show.

A fitness influencer with a growing social media presence nearing 40k and 30k subscribers on YouTube and Twitter respectively, Darby is on a mission to inspire a wide generation of girls.
