    This Chapter is all about ME! How many times have you said that? I know I have said it so many times I have lost count. Why is it that we only focus on one chapter or one week or a month? Why can we not make every Chapter be about ourselves. I don't know about you but it's time to put SELF first and it's time to focus on self in every page, every chapter of this book we call LIFE. But seriously how do we do that? I discuss 5 things to incorporate each and everyday so that we are focusing on SELF; from routines, taking a pause, moving our bodies and offering up play. It's time to stop the epidemic of focusing on SELF when we are burned out, tired, sick or when we want to lose weight or look different. It's time to put ourselves as a priority. Why?
