An update on my career and the first of a couple of installments of Coaching with Equity by Elena Aguilar. I am a Culturally Responsive Mentor Teacher for next year. I will be working with a para professional or student pursuing a degree in teaching. This will be an amazing reflective journey and I look forward listening, learning and mentoring this young educator mind.
