We continue our discussion of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) with defining Self Management.
In this episode I'll explain what Social Emotional Learning is and discuss for the first competency, Social Awareness.Social Awareness is the most important of all of the five competencies of SEL. All growth starts as we look inward.

All you have to do is Google "working mom during Covid" and you can see how prevalent the stress is for working moms right now. So many have had their jobs and their children shift to being at home. Those with young children, especially, are juggling working from home with teaching their children who are learning remotely.
