Going to try to be better at getting mixes done... even though I am now producing 5 online radio stations (Shameless Plug: ALL INCLUSIVE RADIO) I need to keep doing what I have been doing for over 30 years now... making great party mixes.  This one is another Top 40 / Pop mix, so I hope you are digging those!

I am back with a killer party mix with some of today's hottest hits, some remixes from years gone by and some killer EDM tracks... I apologize for the time apart, I've been working so hard on my All Inclusive Radio stations including Club DC playing 24 hour dance music and DJ Mixes.  I will try not to take so long to mix for you in the future.  Hope this mix gets you thru the summer months!

It's been almost 3 months since my last mix and I needed to get this done.  So here it is... Been a while since the last mix since I've been working hard at the 3 All Inclusive Radio Online Stations (Hitcast, Rockcast and the new Mother Truckin Country)... so I thought I'd go way back to the 80's... but with a twist.  They are all new remixes of the classic 80's songs... great stuff here... check it out!  Party on dudes!

Over the last few years I have put together a huge mix of all of the best dance tracks from each year.  This year... I went a different direction.  I put together a mix among mixes... great tracks from this year along with super hot party tracks from many years gone by.  It's 90 minutes of great songs to rock your New Year's Party or ANY party where you wanna get everyone moving.  No need to pay for a DJ this New Year... just pop this baby on and get ready to dance!  Happy New Year everyone... to every country who listens!

When I first heard that Chester ended his own life, my first reaction was wondering what my daughter was going to do when she finds out.  She loved Linkin Park.  I, never really listened to much of their music other than the occasional crossover hit that they had... but then, of course, more people started to play Linkin Park music and I heard a little more.  Then one night, I was riding on my Harley with my daughter on the back and a Chester song came on and I heard my daughter singing so loud as she would only do when she knew the rumble of the loud Harley engine would drown her out... but I heard it... and I knew that they must be pretty good to have my daughter... who never sings out loud, basically scream the lyrics along with Chester in public... albeit that nobody was really around to hear.  I then have listened to some of their music in addition to seeing the live streamed memorial concert the band had in October and came to realize, they had some pretty good music.  So I kicked around the idea of doing a little tribute mix to them, not that they would ever hear it, or even care... but because I know my daughter was so upset about Chester being gone, as many many people... so I thought, if ONE person listens to this mix more than one time... and finds some positive memories of the band in it... then the hours of remixing and editing would be worth it.  Here's to you Chester... you may be gone, but your music will last forever... and my daughter, who I love more than anything, will be a fan for life.  And if she likes your music... then damn it, I like your music.  Rest In Peace.

It's about that time to drop more dance tracks mixed together like a boss... lol.  Here's another mix thrown together out of the mind of DCtheDJ... it's a crazy dark place.  But enjoy.

Occasisionally, I get messages or comments asking why I use older songs mixed in with the newer ones in all of my mixes.  My simple answer to that is just that if a song is good, and can stand the test of time, why not use it whenever you want?  Do people only listen to old songs on the ipod?  No.  So I believe mixing the old with the new makes for a more fun and a better mix.  If you have any suggestions on old songs I should mix in, or make a mash up with... please let me know!  Enjoy this mix... the new WITH the old.
