The first season of The Mandalorian comes to a close in spectacular fashion, courtesy of director Taika Waititi in "Chapter 8: Redemption." The Child is in enemy hands and our heroes are pinned down by Moff Gideon and a small army of stormtroopers, and that's just the start. What follows is an episode packed with Waititi's unique blend of heart and humor, thrilling action, surprise reveals, and the Armorer continuing to be one of the best things to ever happen to Star Wars! We discuss it all in this spoiler review!
It's the end of The Skywalker Saga, and they mean it this time! Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is in theaters and reactions have been loving, hateful, and everything in between. Basically, it's a Star Wars movie. You'll find positive and negative responses to the film as we break it down in complete detail in our spoiler review!
Director Deborah Chow is back with the penultimate episode of The Mandalorian this season. "Chapter 7: The Reckoning" is exactly that. We break down this extraordinary episode in our spoiler review!
Director Rick Famuyiwa returns to The Mandalorian with "Chapter 6: The Prisoner." We didn't love "Chapter 5," but this was a return to form as one of the best episodes yet! We break down every incredible moment in this spoiler review!
Sometimes, a show you love very much can let you down. "Chapter 5: The Gunslinger" came in below the high bar set by the first four installments of The Mandalorian, but there is still cause for excitement. A classic Star Wars planet looked as good as ever and a tease at the end may set up the return of an iconic character. We discuss it all in this spoiler review!
Director Bryce Dallas Howard brings us the debut of Cara Dune (Gina Carano) in "Sanctuary," the fourth chapter of The Mandalorian! Mando is looking for a place to lie low and keep Baby Yoda (for want of an official name) safe. Sorgan looks like the perfect place, but as we continue to learn, safety is in short supply in this galaxy. Thankfully, there are friends to be found, not only in Cara Dune, but also Omera (Julia Jones). We discuss "Sanctuary" in full spoiler detail as we reach the halfway point of this first season!
Director Deborah Chow has blessed us with the best episode yet of The Mandalorian! Our titular Mando has returned with his quarry (Baby Yoda, until we get an official name), but this transaction is about to get more complicated. We're about to get critical lessons in Guild codes and Mandalorian mythology, and we are here for all of it. We break it all down in this spoiler review of "The Sin!"
Director Rick Famuyiwa takes the helm in the action-packed second chapter of The Mandalorian. We react to this master class in telling stories through action while managing tonal shifts.
