    I travelled to Wellington for the NZCA conference - the conference for New Zealand's largest Chinese organisation. Mervin Singham was a speaker at the conference. He is the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Ethnic Communities. He managed to grab him for a short spot interview right before he left the conference.
