On this podcast we are joined by Joanna Boosey and Chris Watkinson, Group Transformation, Lloyds Bank. Lloyds Bank believe learning should be available to everyone. So when their research revealed that millions of people in the UK still need digital skills, they created the Academy. Its easy-to-follow courses are designed to suit any level, and it's free. This year finds that an estimated 7% of the UK population are still offline and 9 million struggle to get online by themselves. As the report launches on 21st May 2020, the effects of Covid-19 on the digitisation of the UK society are also explored within the findings and discussed on this podcast. https://www.lloydsbank.com/banking-with-us/whats-happening/consumer-digital-index.html https://www.lloydsbankacademy.co.uk/# Twitter @Smartlyte
