Been a while since we've met up or done too much work on the channel. Here's our thoughts and where we're at.
Thinking about working less to take my shot at achieving my ambitions. Putting myself in the best position to succeed.
. Make sure you balance out those posivibes with some negivibes cuz too many posivibes might just make you happy and who wants to be happy when you can just lay in bed and look at memes all day?
. Almost didn't do one today. Had a bit of a sluggish day but I at least finished the #vlog for tomorrow. Wasn't really feeling like recording but I thought why not, only a minute. Still glad I did even though it's a bit late. . Started running another Facebook ad for the channel so we're running 2 in total at $2USD a day per ad since the first one we ran seemed to perform well. The goal with these ads isn't necessarily to get tons of follows and likes but to first hopefully get people to laugh and be curious and second to get awareness that we even exist. . Building a significant brand from nothing takes an incredible amount of consistent time, energy, and strategy and I'm not about to be as naive as to think I can build one easily overnight (or in the next few years even). I would also prefer to build it on the back of my true authentic self rather than chasing attention by making content that might get me immediate likes and follows but doesn't feel true to me. . These one minute videos are one part of me taking ownership of my ambitions. If I want what I say I want then I need to put the work in. If I believe that content everyday is a key component then content everyday is what I have to do. . #authenticity #documentdontcreate #ambition
It's Zach's turn to have a minute of your time! There's a lot of negativity going around lately, myself included. It's so easy to make excuses but they ultimately get you no where which is a tough cycle to break. Many of us (myself included) have lost sight of appreciating what we have now and instead choose to worry about these frameworks of other people's opinions that don't ultimately matter in our goals. With all that being said, I and everyone at GMV just want to say thank you. We may not be that well known (yet) but for those of you who care now, you matter so much to us and it means a lot to even have you watch a single video. Any kind words we have recieved since we started has always fired us up and kept us going when we were unsure whether what we were doing mattered. We look forward to sharing more of our hard work with you and what we have finished with season 2 of Front Desk. This new season is seriously our best stuff to date
. There's actually already a small backlog of 1 minute videos I've made and haven't posted cuz I didn't like them and made another one. But I also know I should just post those as well. . Going forward, it might be a better idea for me not to look at the video after I made it and just go straight to posting it otherwise I'll not want to post it. Got some good brainstorming in for Front Desk Season 3 with @zach3rman and @simranu1992 today and also recorded an Uncensored Podcast about the Fyre Festival documentary and some movies we've watched recently. Been thinking of doing a 2018 notable movies/games with everyone podcast but I keep forgetting to set it up. . @brat_p and @sarrywaran are sick at home with a nasty flu. Seems this time of year a lot of people including myself get sick. . Always good to spend some time with the team. Really optimistic about the future of Front Desk. Also considering buying a green screen to bring Seeing Doublr back and not limit the filming to Brat & Sarry's super busy house with a baby being born recently. . Also curious where these 1 minute videos are gonna go in the future and how they'll evolve but we'll only know in time and if I keep doing them. . . . #gmv #frontdesk #grind

. Big fan of Gundams recently got into #Gunpla (building model kits) after wanting to for so many years. Gundam Wing is a classic for me and I'm sure most every other North American #Gundam fan. . Hopefully get around to watching the original Gundam at some point. Haven't really felt compelled to watch any shows all the way through for the past year or so but next up on my list of watching Gundam series is probably Unicorn or finishing Thunderbolt. . Almost done building my RG Strike Freedom. Can't wait to decal and panel line. The whole process is super relaxing. . . . #gundamwing #zetagundam #anime

Made this earlier. Forgot to post it. . Can't wait to not be sick. Hoping to get back to training and lifting soon. At the same time, really enjoying some time to myself. Playing games, editing, napping, etc. . I'm also half way through editing a #GMV Vlog so hopefully I can get that out this week. . I'm also hoping that these 1 minute videos serve as quick updates as to what's going on behind the scenes in terms of production for GMV and also our lives in general although not limited to just those things. (Working on Front desk season 2***) Been struggling with how to produce more content more frequently. As a creator, I'm cripple by perfection and arbitrary standards of quality. Realizing producing content every day is one of the most effective strategies, I'm going to experiment with making 1 minute videos every day. Nothing flashy, no effects, just a minute of whatever I feel like talking about. Not sure if I'll feel like doing one every day but for now that's the plan. Stay tuned...
