Al ver esto, Simón Pedro se echó a los pies de Jesús y le dijo: «Aléjate de mí, Señor, porque soy un pecador.» El temor se había apoderado de él y de los que lo acompañaban, por la cantidad de peces que habían recogido; y lo mismo les pasaba a Santiago y a Juan, hijos de Zebedeo, compañeros de Simón. 1) Simón: Dios a todos nos dio cápsulas de 24 horas. Nadie tiene más tiempo que otro. El tiempo es implacablemente igualitario e imparcial. Dios nos ha dado a todos la misma cantidad de tiempo y, si Dios nos dio 24hs, es porque es un tiempo suficiente para que hagamos lo que Dios quiere que hagamos. El tiempo es nuestro único recurso no renovable porque las horas que no usemos hoy no se acumulan para mañana. Peones y reyes disponen del mismo número de horas en el día. Por eso, deja de estar a la espera de que la vida te traiga sorpresa o de que tu mamá cambie o que tu cónyuge haga lo que vos quieres que haga. Puede que se te esté pasando todo. Recordá que en aprender a vivir se nos va la vida. No te angusties por el mañana, que el mañana trae sus propios afanes, nos dice Jesús. Por eso, lo que te puedo decir es que “problemas hoy, problemas mañana”, pero hay 24hs por día solamente. Así que aprende de Pedro, encomienda a Jesús y lleva a Jesús ese problema que tienes.2) Servirlos: Me gustaría compartirte una reflexión que me hicieron una vez: La gente buena no perdona, sino que la gente buena desaparece. El malo grita, te pelea, te las cobra. El bueno te trata bien hasta el último día y un día ya no está y no vuelve nunca. Por eso hay que tener más miedo de decepcionar a una persona buena que traicionar a una persona mala. La mala te la cobra y ya pasó, en cambio la buena te la borra sin decirte nada. La persona buena aguanta mucho más de lo que debería y te da más oportunidades de las que le pediste. Te justifica y te espera, pero no te avisa que se está cansando, porque no amenaza ni hace escenas, no negocia su respeto. Simplemente entiende que no vas a cambiar y ahí se acabó. No hay pelea de despedida y te sigue saludando y tratando con educación, pero no te enteras que ya no estás para esa persona. Una persona así no está enojada, sino decidida. El malo te grita y se le pasa, en cambio, el bueno te trata bien y ya soltó. Cuando el bueno se cansa no te lo dice, sino que te lo demuestra el resto de su vida. Por tanto, servir como buenas personas y responder como buenas personas.3) Buscarlo: Acordate de lo de Marco Aurelio que decía que la felicidad de nuestras vidas depende de la calidad de nuestros pensamientos. Si alguien no te valora, y te quedas con esa persona, entonces sos vos quien no se valora. El lugar correcto te valora de la forma correcta. O sea, si no sos valorado no te equivoques, porque es que estás en el lugar equivocado. Así que aprende a moverte como Jesús y seguí tu camino de encuentro con Dios y con quienes te lleven a Dios. Algo bueno está por venir.

Peter Schweizer and Eric Eggers track three fronts in China's campaign against American immigration controls, and the officials in Washington who look away. Trump signed two executive orders on August 6, narrowing his birthright citizenship push to birth tourism and surrogacy. Five days later the same coalition from Barbara v. Trump went back to the same judge for a restraining order. Brett Kavanaugh already signaled a pathway for limiting 14th Amendment abuse, so the left should not assume a win at the Supreme Court. The Justice Department charged a network selling green cards through fake weddings. Chinese nationals paid facilitators up to $100,000. Facilitators paid American citizens up to $30,000 to stand at the altar. One prenuptial agreement instructed the bride never to speak to the groom again. Then there is Mexico. Former Mexican tourism official Simón Levy published a report on how Mexicans are manufactured in Mexico. Civil registry employees took $4,000 per migrant to forge birth certificates for Cuban, Haitian and Chinese nationals. Mexico deleted the database field recording when a passport was issued in 2021, so the forgeries are untraceable. A Mexican passport drops your US visa refusal rate by 49.5 points. One agent invented an email address and phone number to pose as a person, then published malware that twelve companies downloaded before anyone caught it. Katherine Kirkpatrick Bos, Jessi Brooks, and Vy Le use the incident to revisit a theme running through the whole episode: who has a duty to disclose when something breaks, and why crypto and AI are both being left to police themselves. They start with the Coldcard hardware wallet hack, where a firmware flaw cut seed phrase randomness roughly in half, letting attackers brute-force wallets meant to be unguessable. From there, the hosts turn to Kalshi's losing streak in New York courts and the race among builders to acquire a CFTC-registered designated contract market, before landing on Anthropic's own agents slipping past the guardrails meant to contain them. Banks have 36 hours to disclose a breach. AI labs and wallet makers, the hosts argue, are still working entirely on the honor system.
