rip david lynch (1946-2025). a guy who absolutely rocked and also changed film and television history forever. remember when he died 3 months ago and random girls were talking about him all the time? welcome back january 2025 !
once again ... sooooo busy etc. etc. but back again to FINALLY remove the thorn from marisa's proverbial side and complete our discussion of riverdale season seven, only 18 months late. half of this episode was recorded lying down and all of it was recorded at night, can you tell? what else what else... ummm i teared up while editing this because i genuinely love riverdale so much and watching parts of the last episode made me emotional so thats THREE times i have cried at this episode. OH we forgot to mention that randomly a bunch of the vixens come out as lesbians in solidarity with cheryl #thatsmyriverdale
hiiiiiiiii. so like basically we recorded this episode over 3 months ago so A LOT of future marisa and olivia in here to say hi and set the record straight ! yes charles melton was not nominated for an oscar, but in our hearts he actually won a kennedy lifetime achievement award for his work in riverdale szn 7 as Reggie "horny as heck" Mantle. we are are soooo close to finishing season 7, but not yet!! other important stuff happens, like when jughead says "gobbledygook" or when archie reads a poem and then takes a DISGUSTING bite of apple.
baby it's OUR musical episode because you will not BELIEVE how many songs can fit in this thing (riverdale szn 7). marisa and olivia discuss 6ish episodes of the now OFFICIALLY COMPLETE final season of riverdale...they mostly are unimpressed but there's still love
do marisa and olivia hate season 7? sure seems that way...but they keep pressing on despite it all! (eds. note....sorry 2 the fans (marisa) that this took like a month to edit...i was quitting my job and then sooooo unmotivated but the spirit of riverdale and bunker jughead who must type for eternity compels me and im BACK)
The society for cutting of (m)archie (SCUM) has three important members: Jughead "Jugular" Jones, and his fictional versions of Betty and Veronica. In this riveting episode, Marisa and Olivia are being soooo silly and tbh so is the show known as Riverdale!
dancing...poetry...music...these are all important parts of season 7 thus far. like ESPECIALLY poetry (and this time we have to hear SO many poems). marisa and olivia discuss eps 2 + 3 of season 7 of riverdale where the characters remain in 1955, all now blissfully unaware of any future lives they might have and instead just being horny in the past
helllooooo is anyone still out there??? while the characters of riverdale have been sent back to the 1950s, marisa and olivia have been sent back to your ears just in time for season SEVEN of the only remaining show on earth that gets 22 episodes per season. its szn two (of this show) and the FINAL season of riverdale...get ready
and babes? we are back! even though Marisa and Olivia have reunited, this episode took years to make, and is it even mostly about Riverdale? not necessarily. welcome to the buffy/riverdale crossover that enjoyers of do revenge will appreciate.
hey, you know what you want? to listen to a podcast about season 6 of riverdale that is equal in length to trainspotting (1996). Marisa and Olivia, with a pure, childlike, giddiness, bring you the absolute pleasure that is season 6 of Riverdale. The people booed when I (Olivia) said Riverdale deserved an emmy nom last episode, and yet........i rest my case
what says summetime like sharing a nice cold drink between friends? well for Marisa and Olivia, apparently its discussing drinking and drugs in Riverdale (while also sharing a nice cold drink over zoom). welcome to the dirty underbelly of Riverdale that Jughead is always talking about!
for the 12 hours of the purge, all crime is legal. that includes Marisa and Olivia releasing an episode not related to Riverdale. Welcome to our PURGE SPECIAL, potentially a more niche topic than Riverdale but maybe a broader audience? honestly not sure about the audience size of either piece of media Credit to Neborb for the Purge remix! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Y40mB46OmM&ab_channel=Neborb
wow.... we lied...we were gone for an entire SIX weeks... but now we are back and worse than ever. Marisa and Oliva embark on the journey back to Riverdale by not deciding on the topic until about 20 minutes into the epiosde, but once they do, they change it a few times. Get ready for animacy, horror, Elvis, and the return of ur favorite Riverdale theorists
In this groundbreaking return from their sabbatical, Marisa and Olivia dive deep into queerness in Riverdale (minus Jarchie, which they will return to)

Jughead is definitely God but is he also Jesus? And other pressing questions related to Season 4.
The girls tackle the insanity that is season 3 featuring: bunker eyes, homophobia, cults, 22 year olds playing 26 year olds playing 16 year olds, Heathers the Musical, and the prison industrial complex
Season 2 has it all: Jughead learning about colonization, Archie learning about the free press while also doing facism, Veronica learning how to do white collar crime, and Betty not learning how to dance.
