On this episode of Stinchfield, we expose the bloated, inefficient, and utterly broken bureaucracy known as the U.S. State Department — where 3,000 employees are now out of a job, and not a single American life is worse off because of it. That’s not just a statistic — it’s a wake-up call. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is leading the charge in the most liberal agency in American government to return power back to the people. The America First movement is slamming the brakes on Washington’s culture of waste, abuse, and unaccountability. Wait til you hear the inefficiencies uncovered by the Trump administration. Dozens of HR offices Fax Machine Use for Hiring 50 Layer approval Process Climate Change and Afghan Resettlement Offices 60 Offices handling State Dept. Payouts So much more. For too long, the State Department has acted like a globalist slush fund — funding programs overseas that no one voted for, negotiating deals that sell out American interests, and hiring career bureaucrats who wouldn’t last a day in the real world. Downsizing the deep state isn’t radical — it’s necessary. And 3,000 pink slips is just the beginning. Tune in as we break down how a leaner, meaner State Department puts America First — and how Rubio, Trump, and patriots like YOU can help drain the swamp once and for all. The purge has started. Send us a textGood morning! Thank you for taking a few minutes to listen. If you are interested in the Daily Bible Devotional, you can find it at the links below:Amazon - (paperback, hardcover, and Kindle)Spiritbuilding.com - (premium quality paperback)Youtube Video Introducing the ContentFeel free to reach out with any questions: emersonk78@me.comRomans 10 Many Jewish people possess zeal for God but lack knowledge. Unaware of His righteousness, they attempt to establish their own. Justification through law will always fail to render one righteous, “for Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for everyone who believes.” This righteousness is found in the word of faith that has been proclaimed: that those who confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead will be saved. God requires a believing heart and open lips to profess the name of Jesus. Regardless of their background, whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. This salvation necessitates hearing the gospel of Christ and responding in faith. Unfortunately, prophecy foretold that many in Israel would not listen to the truth. Christians should desire and pray for everyone's salvation. If we know individuals who are zealous for God but lack understanding of the gospel, we should be prepared to share the truth of Jesus with them. Salvation comes through faith and requires hearts that believe and mouths that confess. Be attentive to the opportunities God provides to confess Jesus by helping someone in your life grasp the truth about Him. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. However, the gospel reveals that such a call requires belief, confession of Jesus, repentance from sins, and submission to Christ through baptism. Many are not yet ready to obey, but we must continue to share God's gracious plan. Righteous Lord, thank You for making salvation accessible through faith in Jesus Christ. Thank You for the promise that everyone who calls on His name will be saved. Strengthen us to boldly confess Jesus as Lord and fully trust in His resurrection. Give us hearts for those who have not yet responded to the gospel and a passion to share Your word with them. Help us be faithful messengers, knowing that the faith within us and others comes from “the word of Christ.” Purge from within us any disobedience or obstinance that may prevent us from experiencing salvation in Your Son. Thought Questions: -       What does “confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead” mean in your life? -       If “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ,” how does that direct how you grow closer to Christ and share Him with others? -       “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Does this include elements like repentance and baptism? How do you know?

The hosts explore the coordinated censorship efforts targeting subversive narratives around Jan 6, war, vaccines, and media complicity. They also cover explosive updates on GITMO expansions, complete with brand new courtroom construction, raising eyebrows about the government's long-term plans for military tribunals. Ashe shares a powerful breakdown of a recent Trump video featuring “Narrator Trump,” analyzing the deeper narrative strategy at play. ther highlights include the corporate rebrand of The Epoch Times, Project Veritas's lawsuit woes, the chaos surrounding Julian Assange's limited freedom, and public calls to investigate Rachel Maddow. Plus, they tackle rumors about Trump's VP pick, health concerns around the malaria vax, and the ongoing decay of legacy media credibility. With insight, clarity, and signature Badlands grit, Ashe and CannCon connect the dots on a government-media-machine in collapse, and what that means for the American awakening.

We took Parker and the girls and a few buddies to Dave and Busters a few weeks ago and there was this small thing that happened that has been a huge perspective shift in my life. it's worth a podcast episode.   I was telling Craig on the way there that I've kept all our past Dave and Buster's card organized in the Ziploc baggie in my purse so we have so many cards we have endless game credits we won't have to buy any cards it's literally gonna be the easiest trip to Dave & Buster's ever. So we get there and we're at that scanning machine and one by one each of the 10 cards I had been carrying around in my purse was empty- now they had tickets on them for the stuff in the prize room but zero game credits.   I was laughing so hard I literally couldn't catch my breath as every card we scanned in was a big fat zero and Craig jokingly said… Lindsay you have to stop keeping things.    And it was like the world stopped and I was like - wait a minute - I was sure those cards had value.  What else in my life am I keeping that I won't use or wear or anything. Things that are weighing me down for no reason.      This whole experience threw me into this new way of thinking… where I purge with a feeling of abundance, rather than holding on to things.    My goal in this episode is to help you discover what Dave and Busters cards you've been keeping… that are actually weighing you down.   I've realized more and more that my space needs to be completely organized for my life to feel organized - that's what we're unpacking today!      -The Myth of Value: When We Think Something Still Works Common examples: clothes that no longer fit your lifestyle, kitchen gadgets you “might need someday." -The Weight of Keeping Things "Just In Case" The emotional burden of storing, organizing, and maintaining stuff “just in case.” Letting go frees up not just space, but time, clarity, and energy. -Scarcity vs. Abundance Mindset The evolved mindset says: “I'll be okay without this.” If I really need it, I'll figure it out.  So many things we hold onto are a $10 pickup if we need it again  Purging is not wasteful — it's trusting yourself and your future. -Ask Yourself: What Are Your Dave & Buster's Cards? What am I holding onto that no longer adds value? What items feel more like obligation than joy? -Purge with Purpose — and Peace Tips for letting go: Make it a celebration, not a chore. Donate or re-home items to someone who needs them. Keep only what aligns with your current season of life. -The Clarity of Organized Space = Organized Life Organizing your space creates calm, energy, and creativity. When everything has a place, your brain gets a break. It's less about perfection, and more about flow and freedom. -Don't Carry Dead Weight Back to the Ziploc baggie — “it looked like it held value, but it was just weight.” Look at your physical spaces with fresh eyes. Find the freedom and confidence that comes from letting go.   Why an Organized Home = An Organized Life Mental Clarity & Emotional Lightness – Clutter creates mental overwhelm. When your space is clean, your mind feels clear and focused. Saves Time & Energy – No more wasting time searching for things! You can use that energy for creativity, work, or self-care. Boosts Productivity & Motivation – A structured space helps you feel in control and more motivated to tackle tasks. Reduces Stress & Anxiety – Studies show clutter increases cortisol (stress hormone). A tidy home means a calmer mind. Encourages Healthy Habits – An organized kitchen makes healthy eating easier; a tidy workspace boosts efficiency. Better Sleep & Relaxation – A clean bedroom promotes deeper, more restorative sleep. Unique Summer Cleaning Ideas Declutter by Energy Zones – Organize based on how a space makes you feel. If a room feels “heavy,” reassess what's in it. Reverse Spring Cleaning – Unload drawers as if you're moving, then only put back what you truly love or need. “One-Touch” Rule – When tidying, make sure each item you pick up is immediately put where it belongs. Seasonal Reset Box – Place items you're unsure about in a box. If you don't use them in 3 months, donate them. Declutter with Music & a Timer – Set a 30 minute timer & play loud music and go!  The “Why Do I Own This?” Test – Ask yourself if each item serves a purpose or brings joy. If not, let it go! Detox Your Digital Space – Clean up emails, files, and phone apps to declutter your mind.   I hope this episode inspires you to see organization as a form of self-care rather than a chore.  And helps you focus on what you're carrying around that you think serves you but is actually heavy dead weight.    CHEERS to your organized space & life!!

Send us a textThe healthcare establishment was rocked to its foundation when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fired all 17 members of the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) in one decisive move. Dr. Robert Jackson and his daughter Hannah Miller explore this watershed moment and its profound implications for vaccine safety oversight in America.Kennedy's bold action directly confronts decades of pharmaceutical industry influence over vaccine approvals. The ACIP panel members—described as having "never met a vaccine they didn't love"—maintained deep financial ties to the very companies whose products they evaluated. This arrangement created an environment where rubber-stamp approvals became standard practice, culminating in the hasty endorsement of mRNA COVID vaccines for children without adequate safety data.Mainstream media immediately framed Kennedy's decision as "anti-science," coordinating messaging across platforms with doctors in white coats condemning the move. Yet this reaction ignores Kennedy's substantive criticisms: conflicts of interest that permeate vaccine oversight, persecution of medical professionals who question consensus, a striking lack of curiosity about vaccine injuries, and fundamentally skewed research methodologies that prioritize fast approval over thorough safety evaluation. The conversation highlights doctors like Peter McCullough and Robert Malone who faced severe professional consequences for challenging COVID policies, while examining how RFK Jr's new appointees—including Martin Kulldorff, co-author of the Great Barrington Declaration—bring credibility and needed perspective to vaccine safety evaluation. Why do so many medical professionals remain unable to acknowledge mounting evidence of vaccine harms? Dr. Jackson suggests this represents a form of spiritual blindness that transcends mere information deficits. The path forward requires not just better data, but a fundamental reorientation toward truth-seeking regardless of financial incentives. Are you concerned about conflicts of interest in medical research? Have you noticed how questioning vaccine safety immediately brands someone as "anti-science"? Listen to this essential conversation that peels back the layers of institutional corruption threatening public health.Support the showhttps://www.jacksonfamilyministry.comhttps://bobslone.com/home/podcast-production/

The Purge: Releasing Emotions Heals Chronic Pain and Illness

The Mind-Body Couple

What if the key to healing chronic pain isn't fixing your symptoms, but releasing the emotions trapped in your body? When our nervous systems get stuck in protection mode due to stress, trauma, or childhood experiences, physical symptoms often follow—creating a feedback loop that's difficult to break. Most of us respond to difficult emotions in ways that keep us stuck. Some disconnect completely, living "neck up" in a state of perpetual analysis (alexithymia). Others view emotions as inherently dangerous, having learned from experiences where emotions seemed overwhelming or unsafe. Many consciously avoid emotions through distraction, never allowing themselves to fully process what's happening in their bodies.Breaking this cycle requires what we call "the purge"—letting yourself fully experience and release emotional energy. This isn't always pretty. It might involve crying, shaking, or journaling raw truths. But when we allow this natural process instead of intellectualizing or ignoring our feelings, we help our nervous system regulate and begin healing. The process starts with recognizing emotions as bodily sensations. Sadness isn't just a concept—it's hollowness in your chest or a pit in your stomach. By approaching these sensations with curiosity rather than resistance, and creating safety through techniques like breathwork and self-compassion, we can release what's been trapped. This approach combines elements from pain reprocessing therapy, somatic experiencing, emotional awareness and expression therapy, and polyvagal theory. When practiced consistently, it creates a positive feedback loop—reducing resistance, releasing emotional energy, regulating your nervous system, and diminishing pain.Ready to transform your relationship with emotions and chronic symptoms? Try our free 20-minute somatic practice for releasing emotions on YouTube, or explore our comprehensive digital course "The Somatic Safety Method" with over 60 specialized practices.
