    Today's episode features John Tsungme Guy MA, LMHC, a great psychotherapist in Seattle. We dive in deep on the many stigmas in mental health, the powerful impact it has, and dealing with suffering. One thing I love about this episode and John is his focus and specialty on working with Creatives. I've been a Video Producer (and a musician years ago) so this was so relatable and can apply to so many Creatives out there. Of course, we also discuss mindfulness in details and how it can apply and help us through suffering, depression, and help serve us as a "compass" in difficult times.Note, this was recorded in person back in December.
