A lot of time passes since he obtained the powers to when he sets sail, so I started thinking about why his moveset is so low for what he can do? If you don't need anything more than the basics to win, then obviously you don't really need to learn and adapt, but I feel there's a giant time gap from when he first gets it, to when he sets sail, and why he only has a handful of moves?
