After spending his first 25 years in South Africa Deon was invited to lead a Summer camp in the US. During that time he was encouraged to enter training as a Salvation Army officer, met Michelle together they have served across the globe. Deon currently serves in the QLD division and has responsibility for officer personnel and generous life ministry.

Having served in various Corps and Social appointments listen to how God has used her and how she desires to serve him fully.

Realising that God was calling him to more he entered into training as a Salvation Army cadet from Western Australia. Clint has served as a Corps Officer, Divisional Youth Secretary. His current appointment is as the Divisional Secretary for South Australia and Northern Territory.

After praying through the best pathway to ministry Phil and Catherine decided that planting a Corps and studying was the best option for them. They share what it was like transitioning from one appointment to another.

Having served all their officership in South Australia they share what God is doing through the ministry of the Parafield Gardens Corps.

Having spent time as officers in Western Australia and South Australia as Salvation Army officers Andrew and Di share what lead them to take the bold step to follow their call in the midst of difficult circumstances. They are currently the Corps Officers at Golden Grove, SA.

Marika found herself in a difficult set of circumstances. Having made the changes that she needed to make she eventually settled. That was until someone said, "You are special".

Having grown up in Queensland surrounded by family and friends Andrew and Lisa responded to the call of Officership in The Salvation Army. They recognise that in leaving so much behind they have gained even more.

After hearing a call at a young age, and then parking it for a bit, Alison and Gareth were able to take up their calling by serving in a number of cadet in appointments in WA. Listen as they share the reality of training to become Salvation Army officers and serving as Corps leaders at the same time.

Having served in a number of diverse appointments in Australia and overseas we get an insight from Robyn into where God leads us if we follow him.

Paul is a Cadet in the Messengers of the Kingdom session at Eva Burrows College. He grew up in the Salvos, spent time working his way up in a company and then God spoke clearly to him about stepping into something new.

Erin is the Corps Officer at the Moonee Valley Corps in Victoria. She has a heart to see those who have wrestled with addiction find fullness of life in a loving, caring faith community.

Having sensed a call from God to full time ministry they have moved from Ballarat at the beginning of 2018 to study and train at Eva Burrows College. Having both previously worked for the Salvos they knew that God was encouraging them to more. This is their story.
