Why do so many people who eat clean, exercise consistently, prioritize sleep, and invest in their health still wake up feeling exhausted, stressed, disconnected, or unfulfilled? In this episode of ALLSMITH, Bryce sits down in person with returning guest Kyle Gonzalez for a thought-provoking conversation about what it actually means to live a healthy life. Kyle is the VP of Performance at COYA, founder of The Vitality System, and author of the new book Move, Thrive, Come Alive. Rather than revisiting his story, Bryce and Kyle dive into the conversations that matter most today—challenging popular beliefs around wellness, longevity, fitness, recovery, stress, and what truly creates vitality.Kyle also reflects on one of the biggest life changes since his last appearance on ALLSMITH: becoming a father. Together, Bryce and Kyle explore how fatherhood reshapes priorities, changes the definition of success, and influences the way we care for ourselves and the people around us.This conversation goes beyond workouts and nutrition. It explores why movement remains one of the most powerful forms of medicine, how our environments shape our habits, and why so many people have become overwhelmed by an endless stream of health advice. Bryce and Kyle discuss wearable technology, recovery trends, the business of wellness, preventative health, and why consistency continues to outperform every shortcut.Whether you're an athlete, entrepreneur, parent, coach, or simply someone striving for more energy and fulfillment, this episode offers practical wisdom and timeless principles that can help you simplify your approach to health and build a life that feels as good as it looks. If you've ever felt like you're doing everything “right” but still don't feel your best, this conversation is for you.In This Episode• Why so many healthy people still don't feel healthy.• The difference between fitness, wellness, vitality, and longevity.• How becoming a father transformed Kyle's perspective on health and purpose.• Why movement is still the foundation of a healthy life.• The hidden cost of always trying to optimize yourself.• The role stress plays in modern disease and burnout.• Are wearables helping us become healthier—or making us more disconnected?• The biggest myths and misconceptions in today's wellness industry.• Why consistency will always beat motivation and health hacks.• Building sustainable habits that fit real life.• What traveling the world taught Kyle about health, culture, community, and happiness.• Why recovery has become a booming industry—and what actually works.• The philosophy behind Move, Thrive, Come Alive.• The mission behind COYA and creating healthier communities.• The simple habits that create more energy and resilience.• How to build a lifestyle that supports your health instead of constantly fighting against it.• Why designing your environment is often more important than relying on willpower.• The future of preventative health and where the wellness industry is headed.• What true vitality looks like beyond numbers on a watch or scale.• Actionable habits you can begin implementing immediately.Connect with Kyle

America is turning 250 — and there's never been a better time to bring US history to life in your homeschool. In this episode of the Everyday Educator podcast, host Lisa Bailey sits down with Kelli Wilt and Amy Jones to explore practical, joyful ways homeschool families can celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence — from living history activities and patriotic family discussions to CC's Cycle 3 memory work and a sneak peek at the upcoming Foundations Curriculum 6th Edition. Whether your children are preschoolers who just love a birthday party or older students ready to wrestle with what freedom really means, this conversation is full of ideas you can use this summer and all year long. Kelli shares how Cycle 3's American history memory work is perfectly timed for this milestone year, Amy offers hands-on activity ideas for the littlest learners, and the group unpacks a student essay contest open to all Essentials students for the 2026–27 school year — limited to exactly 776 words, naturally. You don't have to have the perfect plan. Start with a flag, a story, and a question around the dinner table: What does freedom mean to your family? There's a growing movement to bring more outdoor learning to public schools. This month, we profile Land to Learn, a non-profit organization that provides hands-on, garden-based learning to elementary students and teens throughout the Hudson Valley. Executive Director Nicole Porto previously worked as a farmer and has dedicated her career to building sustainable and just food systems. In our interview, Nicole describes how Land to Learn's gardener-teachers work with kids of varying ages to instill knowledge of where their food comes from and advance values of caring for the Earth. There's also the unexpected thrill of watching the seeds they planted — strawberries, tomatoes, arugula — grow before their eyes. "One of my favorite things to watch people get excited about is when a little yellow flower starts to grow a tiny, baby, spiky cucumber," Nicole says. This episode focuses on Land to Learn's SproutEd program for elementary schools in Beacon, Newburgh and Kingston. Through SproutEd, gardener-teachers build school food gardens and teach monthly lessons that combine knowledge of plants, nutrition, cooking, and environmental stewardship. Separately, Land to Learn also offers employment and internship opportunities for teens and college-aged kids. Find more information on Land to Learn at Landtolearn.org.

From Paso to the Danube Years in the MakingThis one has been a long time coming. After about a year away, The Pour is back. And instead of easing into it, we are diving straight into a story that has been years in the making. A wine experience that starts in Paso Robles and winds its way through Europe on the Danube River. In this episode, Adam sits down with Jordan Fiorentini of Epoch Estate Wines and Neeta Mittal of LXV Wine for a conversation that is not about selling a trip. It is about what happens when wine, travel, and people come together in the best way possible. You can feel it in the conversation. He created and produced, ‘The Cork Dorks'. The show was hosted with Adam and his good friend Jeremy West. It was the first of its kind. It began focusing on central coast wineries but as the show grew, so did their ability to travel and meet other winemakers they found everywhere from Napa to Bordeaux that adopted that same Central Coast quality of people willing to share their wines, and their stories. As the area's producers grew, soon Adam's interviews covered everything from spirits, craft beer, cider, cuisine, hospitality, and more. Fast forward to today, the spirit and enthusiasm cultivated with the award winning show, is reborn as The Pour with Adam Montiel, this time independently, and unfettered by corporate authority leaving it even more free to share the journey of making wine more approachable and fun for everyone. In this lively and inspiring episode, I'm joined by author and speaker Wendy Valentine to explore what really lies on the other side of a so-called midlife crisis.Wendy shares her powerful story of breakdown and breakthrough—navigating divorce, financial strain, health challenges, grief, and anxiety—and how it ultimately became the catalyst for a complete life transformation. Rather than seeing midlife as something to endure, she reframes it as an awakening: a chance to reconnect with who you truly are and what you deeply want.We talk about the courage to take bold, imperfect action, the importance of ending self-abandonment, and how learning to trust your inner “yes” and “no” can guide you toward a more aligned and fulfilling life. Wendy also shares the mindset shifts and practices that helped her rebuild—from following an unexpected dream to embracing growth through life's most difficult moments. This conversation is a reminder that it's never too late to begin again—and that what feels like everything falling apart may actually be the beginning of something far more true.In this episode, Wendy discusses:Midlife Crisis ReframedBreakdown to BreakthroughRV Vision and LeapSelf Abandonment InsightBecoming the Future YouFeel Your Way ForwardEnergy Trust and HarmonyStruggle as InitiationRegret Stepping Into Your LightEmbracing the Dark SideTaking RisksLife Buffet, No RegretsFreedom and Yes FrameworkWhy She Wrote the BookBecome Your Own Best FriendRewriting the Inner TickerHospital Scare Mindset ResetLotus Flower ExerciseQuiet Nature WisdomCrisis to Teacher PathGratitude on the Other SideBuddha Castle and SufferingFilling Your Courage JarMidlife Makeover OfferingsVisit Wendy Valentine's website________NEW PODCAST! Jessie Krebs spent her early life escaping into the wilderness — not for adventure, but for safety. Childhood abuse, a body that didn't feel safe around people, a military career that taught her everything except how to trust herself. What the outdoors gave her was the one thing she couldn't find anywhere else: the feeling of just being a creature on the planet. In this conversation, HeatherAsh and Jessie talk about what really happens when women step into the wild — and why it's so much less about survival skills and so much more about remembering who they are. Jessie is a SERE instructor, wilderness therapy veteran, and Alone Season 9 contestant who has spent decades watching women walk into her programs with their eyes on the ground and walk out standing tall. They get into why women have been trained to see nature as dangerous, how patriarchy and fear of wilderness are the same story, what bow drill fire has to do with your emotional patterns, and why Jessie's three rules for surviving any emergency apply just as well to your life at home.Episode Highlights:How childhood sexual abuse sent Jessie outside — and why the wilderness was the only place that felt safeThe military, SERE training, and the unlikely path from introvert to instructorWhat wilderness therapy actually looks like — and what 11 years of it taught Jessie about masks, patterns, and healingWhy women arrive in Jessie's programs feeling incapable and what happens when someone puts a rope in their handsThe statistics nobody talks about: why the bear isn't what you should be afraid ofJessie's 46 days on Alone Season 9 and the TV show Braver for teensThe three survival rules that work in the backcountry and in your office: relax, signal, insulateResources & Links:Learn more about Jessie and her courses:https://www.owlsskills.com/Follow Jessie on Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/owls.skills/Meet Jessie KrebsJessie Krebs has spent her life finding her way back to the wild. What began as a child's escape from abuse became a calling — through 11 years as a wilderness therapy field guide, a career as an Air Force SERE instructor, and now as the founder of O.W.L.S. Skills (Outdoorsy Women Learning Survival), where she teaches women and underrepresented communities how to handle real emergencies in real wilderness. She has appeared on History's Alone Season 9 and National Geographic's Mygrations, taught on MasterClass, and leads everything from single-day courses to multi-week expeditions. Her guiding conviction: the wilderness doesn't judge — and in that freedom, people heal things they didn't even know needed healing.

In a valley full of dryness, silence, and disconnection, God speaks a word and calls His prophet to do the same. This message reminds us that no situation, whether spiritual, emotional, or generational, is too far gone for God to restore. When God breathes and His Word is spoken, dead things begin to live again. This sermon calls us to believe again, speak again, and trust that God is able to revive what has been lost and raise up a people filled with His Spirit for His purpose Speaker: Pastor Latoya Smythe-Forbes Title: Dry Bones Come Alive Key text: https://www.bible.com/bible/114/EZE.37.1-6.NKJV Bulletin/Notes: http://bible.com/events/49591107 Date: April 11, 2026 Tags: #psdatv #revive #believe #trust #raise #Ezekiel #power #life #dead #hope #speak #restore #restoration #DryBones #DryBonesComeAlive #SpeakLife #BreathOfGod #FromDeathToLife For more life lessons and inspirational content, please visit us at http://www.plantationsda.tv.
