Special Episode: Whenever you find yourself feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, you can try this Breathwork exercise called Box Breathing.Think of an image of a box with four equal sides. Your Box Breathing pattern will be just like those four equal sides.Inhale through the nose for 4 counts. Hold for 4 counts. Exhale through the mouth for 4 counts. Hold for 4 counts. Repeat as many times as you like.Be sure to breathe deep into the belly, not the chest, throat or shoulders.
