Hey Intentional Wellness Warrior!  In light of Good Friday being today and Easter Sunday, I bring you this breath prayer. Jesus conquered all sin and death on the cross for you and for me and for the world. AND THEN he rose 3 days later . His resurrection from the dead , victory over all gives us life. He is Risen and alive and that means as we receive this gift- alive in us! As we live life, we get wrapped up in the stress of it all- even burnt out on stress - we have to remember Jesus is alive in us and gives all peace, joy, hope, love, strength, LIFE. He lives in us SO we can live. Sit with this truth. Breathe it in and speak it out and as you do listen to what God is speaking back to you about Jesus Christ being alive and living in you. Verse: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” – Galatians 2:20 inhale: Christ is alive… Exhale: and lives in me. Breathe in LIFE. Happy Resurrection Sunday! There is a trembling beneath the surface of things. A hum. A rising. The world is not breaking— She is becoming. The old systems, built on separation, scarcity, and fear, are now being held up to the light. Not to shame them. But to release them. Like dead leaves falling from a tree that knows it's time to bloom again. The collective soul of humanity is standing at a threshold— one foot in the story of survival, and one foot in the story of remembrance. Remembering the interconnectedness of all things. Remembering the truth that we belong to one another. Remembering that softness is not weakness, and that love is the highest intelligence of the universe. There is grief in this process. Deep, ancestral grief. Grief for what was lost, for what was silenced, for what was never allowed to be. But grief is not the end. Grief is the alchemical gateway. Right now, the Earth is inviting us not to rush into action… but to feel what we've numbed. To sit in sacred pause. To restore what was severed. And in the quiet… A new frequency is anchoring. It sounds like children laughing without fear. It smells like wet soil after rain. It feels like bare feet on sacred ground, and hands reaching out instead of pulling away. The Earth is not asking for perfection. She is asking for presence. For communion. For sacred care. She is calling in the healers. The artists. The guides. The ones who walk between worlds. The ones who remember how to listen to trees and stars. If you are reading this, you are one of them. Your role is not to save the world. Your role is to love it back into harmony— one breath, one word, one act of grace at a time.      Ritual of Collective Remembrance & Recalibration  A Soul Alchemist Ceremony for the Healing of Earth and Humanity You may do this alone, with a small group, or invite others to create a circle across time and space. Use sacred tools that feel aligned: a candle, earth, water, a crystal, or flower petals. Set the space with intention. This is a holy act.   1. Light the Flame of Presence Hold a candle in your hands. Say aloud: “I call in the light of remembrance. I am here to feel, to honor, to restore. I offer this light to the Earth, to the ancestors, and to the generations yet to come.” Place the candle before you and take three deep breaths—into your belly, your heart, your womb or root.   2. Touch the Earth (or a stone, leaf, or soil) Feel her pulse. Whisper: “You are not forgotten. I am listening now. May my body become a bridge between worlds. May my actions become prayers.”   3. Water of Release Have a small bowl of water nearby. Gently touch it. Close your eyes and silently offer a grief, a fear, a pain—your own, or the world's. Whisper: “I offer this sorrow to the waters of change. Let what is ready to flow… flow. Let what is no longer mine… be washed away.” Dip your fingers in the water and anoint your heart, crown, or third eye.   4. Breath of Recalibration Inhale deeply: Truth. Exhale softly: Love. Repeat three times. Then say: “I now align with the rhythm of Earth. I remember who I am. I choose to walk forward as a vessel of harmony.”    5. Speak the Earth's Invitation Say aloud: “I am not here to save the world. I am here to love it back into balance. One breath, One word, One act of grace at a time.”   6. Closing Gesture Place both hands over your heart. Smile softly—not from the lips, but from the soul. Imagine a golden ripple moving outward from your heart across oceans, lands, skies. Say: “And so it is. And so we rise. Together.” Blow out the candle with reverence, and feel the quiet echo of peace settle in your bones.

Send us a textBefore we dive into uncovering the language of the Universe, I'd love for you to pause, take a deep breath. Exhale. And remember. Thich Nhat Hanh wrote, "Our breath is the bridge connecting our body and our mind. Returning to our breathing, and following it all the way through from the beginning to the end with awareness, brings body and mind back together, and reminds us of the miracle of the present moment."When was the last time that, while the outside world hollered for your precious attention and energy - distracting - annoying, that you caught an inkling, felt a deep knowing that if you didn't shut all that crap out and pay attention you were going to miss something important?Maybe what you would've missed was a message from a loved one that passed on years prior. Or it was a whisper not to enter an intersection on that yellow light, or it was a song on the canned music at the grocery store or mall that has always held deep meaning for you, or it was a reminder that you didn't lock your home; or that you haven't heard from your daughter in too long, or a reminder to schedule that vet appointment for your dog.What came to your mind? In that moment you witnessed the Bridge; a message was sent, seen and understood. STILL through all that outside noise, you heard the message! Acknowledging that helps it to happen again. And again. In less subtle ways, too.That juicy in-between space is not just on display at times when a set of supernatural conditions are met, like, say, a full moon, Halloween, summer solstice, sunrise, the passing of a loved one, etc. The Bridge (or the veil as some prefer to call it) is always there. What's different about those woo-sanctioned moments is we go into those times EXPECTING a message, anticipating the delivery of some deeper knowing, divine guidance, or communication with an ancestor. We are pre-primed to witness the supernatural. It's the energetic equivalent of setting our radio dial to a clear station. Well, bring that open mind to each fresh day! Give it a try, and see if you experience more of it. I wonder if that's the importance of morning minutes? Making a daily practice of sitting in silence to hear direction? Confirmation? That feels true. I'll check in with you on this next week, and let's see if we can normalize hearing from the Universe. This week, we turn to the familiar across the globe - the symbols, stories, and signs that seem to resonate across time and geography. These hints to the language of the Universe even come in the form of melody. Ever heard a song that felt like an old friend you lost track of for a bit? (There is also an event happening at Carthage Saturday afternoon called "Healing the Healers" which will feature several guest experts discussing the trauma experienced by healthcare workers dealing with gun violence. My two guests are two members of the Carthage faculty: Martin McClendon from theater and Patricia Kelly from social worker.
