Breathwork, when done correctly, is one of the world's most powerful healing modalities, period. And Lukis Mac and Hellé Weston are two of the most epic breathwork guides and stunning human beings I have ever met. In between offering their Owaken Breathwork method to A-list celebrities and biker gangs alike, they joined our Fit For Service community and led us through a journey. It was mind-blowing to say the least. In the deeply personal conversation you're about to hear, we talk about their challenging backgrounds, which led them to develop their own breathwork healing modality, and receive the wisdom they have collected over thousands of @owakenbreathwork sessions. Your Morning Nudge: Breathe & Believe

Happy GratiTuesday, Today's breath is a “Three part Breath” which increases oxygen to the brain, stimulates the body and helps you get in tune with how your body breathes. You can sit or lie down for this practice. Place one hand over your stomach and inhale deeply, feeling your stomach rise as it inflates. Exhale and feel your stomach deflate. Let's do that two more time. Repeat five times. Repeat with rib cage and then with chest. Today's nudge is: Love yourselfYou have to love yourself before you can expect others to love you! If you love you, others will love you. Love your physical self, love your emotional self, love your mental self. Love who you are wherever you go. Accept how and who you are and love you. It's ok to love yourself and still opt to improve yourself. We are all a work in progress, but you can still love yourself along the way. Let's repeat this three timesLove yourselfLove yourselfLove yourselfHave a great GratiTuesday!

Your Morning Nudge: Breathe & Believe

Happy Thoughtful Thursday, Today's breath is:  the  Balloon Breath          Which: improves Focus, Promotes clarity, and Calms and centersHere's how to do it: you can do this sitting or lying down. Pretend your  belly is a balloon, Inhale through your nose to fill the balloon which is your stomach, then slowly Exhale through your mouth as if you are releasing the  balloon,Let's do this breath three times: inhale and fill your belly balloon, exhale slowly emptying the balloon!! Again: inhale and fill your belly balloon, exhale slowly emptying the balloon!! Last one:  inhale and fill your belly balloon, exhale slowly emptying the balloon!! Continue to do this breath while I give you your morning nudge  Today's nudge is:  Be a nice humanSimple enough. Be nice. No excuses. It doesn't matter if everyone around you is not nice, you can still be nice. Once you lower yourself to the level of others who are unkind, then everyone thinks you are just like them! Be better. Be different. Be nice. Hold the door, smile, help someone in need. Sit with someone who is sitting alone. Treat people how you would want to be treated, not how you are being treated. When you put kindness out there, you eventually get kindness back. Just be a nice human being!  Let's repeat this three times: Be a nice humanBe a nice humanBe a nice human  Have a great Thoughtful Thursday!

Hello there! Today's episode is a guided breathwork and meditation. I personally have used these calming & healing techniques for the past few years in my own journey. This episode may be one you save and download so that you can use it as often as possible. You can start using this in your life for your self-love routine. You just need about 10 minutes. On another note, if you still want to join my master class on November 22nd, there is still time! You can also always catch the replays in my Facebook group: ChaseLife Together. Additionally, I am launching an 8-module course named the Employee to Entrepreneur program. Learning all the things you need to know about launching an online business. This is perfect for anyone who has a 9-5 and a side hustle! I'll be offering strategy with some flow and creativity. Let's dive in to today's episode: Take This Moment [4:51] “Be with yourself. Connect Inward.” Four Square Method [5:46] “Inhale and hold your breath for 4 seconds. Exhale for 4 seconds. Hold that exhale at the bottom for 4 seconds.” Natural Breaths [9:50] “Acknowledge parts of you. Bring awareness to your emotions and feelings..” Love, Light, Joy, Peace, Abundance, Clarity [11:01] “Everything that you're wanting.” Exhale All Negative and Limiting Beliefs [12:28] “I'll never have that --- YES, you can. Release the negativity.” It's All Working Out the Way It's Supposed To [14:54] “Be grateful for the heartaches, because they are aligning you to your greater purpose.” Aligning with yourself is the greatest part of self-care you will experience. Give yourself Love first because you deserve it. Remember who you are. Love yourself intensely. How do you feel now? If anyone tries to dim how you feel right now, remember the boundary. Keep choosing alignment. As you go into the holidays and any situations you want to say stay away from, if you need this meditation, come back to it. Do what you need to do to keep the light within. Show yourself more love.   Connect with me at: Instagram @chaselifewithkelly Youtube ChaseLife with Kelly Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/chaselifetogether/ Website www.chaselifetogether.com   Review this podcast and share with friends!

I wanted to run through a wall for Matt when we finished the podcast. Why? Because he owns everything, the good and the bad. So refreshing to chat with another crow eater. He played hockey in college and his leadership style reflects his view that teams must flow together, on a singular mission but each with a role to play.Matt is extremely thoughtful when it comes to building a winning culture.Key Takeaways for Leaders and Entrepreneurs:Mission matters. Not the fluffy, framed saying on the wall in the lobby mission, but a mission that defines who walks through the door every day. You are either on board, or you should find another mission.Culture starts at the top, with action, reinforcement, solicited feedback and constant tweaking. Most important - ownership. There are problems everywhere waiting to be solved. His latest company, Exhale, is a perfect example, and it's cranking.Matt's Eating Crow Moments:After years of solid growth and tremendous investment, personally and professionally, a sudden career change had him take stock of where he was and what he wanted to do next.A continuing Eating Crow Moment: Market feedback. Test your product, price, position constantly and listen to the market. Eating a bit of crow now and then allows you to find the sweet spot that registers with clients.Check out Matt at https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthewtsheehan/ and www.exhaleathome.comSupport this show http://supporter.acast.com/eating-crow. SPOILER ALERT: Details from the several episodes of Squid Game are discussed in the main segment.  Wynter and Karen join the rest of the world in obsessing over Squid Game, the S. Korean Netflix series about contestants playing children's games to try to win billions of won without getting eliminated...literally. The two also talk about this week's big reveal that W2X is curating the humanities program for the LA Phil's GenX festival in spring 2022. In the spirit of the moment, Karen re-watches the film Waiting to Exhale for the first time since 1995, while Wynter tells us what L.A. Plays Itself has to do with the angle the two are taking for the festival. Nuo-lingo tells us about a new turn to granny aesthetics and old money cosplay, plus two classic songs of the week.
