On this weeks episode of Shedd It!, Paul talks to registered dietitian Lauren Minchen about the foods you should and should not include in your diet in order to lose weight. Here is a list of the foods you should include in no particular order: celery, apples, kombucha, spaghetti squash, Greek yogurt, eggs, avocado and avocado oil, red wine (in moderation), salmon, dark chocolate, quinoa and almonds. Of course there are many more for you to include. Now, here are the foods you want to try to eliminate as much as you can: sugary beverages, baked foods, french fries, restaurant hamburgers, crackers and potato chips, white pasta and bread, energy and granola bars, ice cream, alcohol and candy bars.
