Welcome to anther episode of The Shop Table. This wee we have the absolute legend that is Melissa Stinson from Every Bodys Busy in Chicago. Marc and Melissa chat about where the idea for Every Bodys Busy came from, Melissa's journey in coffee, and what she is aiming to accomplish with her shop in Chicago. REBRAND! Well actually rename. Westie pointed out that there can be some confusion with my account being called The Shop Table and the pod being called pass the brew....so we renamed the pod to The Shop Table! WE ARE BACK! After some time off to rethink and plan, season 2 of Pass The Brew is here. The Shop Table is back! A group of people coming together virtually as if we were sitting around a coffee shop table. On this episode we have an awesome group of folks who have all found a niche in the coffee industry slightly outside the norm. Part of what is exciting about this episode is that between the 4 of us we cross 4 time zones, 3 countries and 2 continents! On todays episode of Pass the Brew, I welcome Dre Murray and Billy Wiginton of Black Gold Creative! Billy and Dre have been running a podcast together and will soon be launching their own coffee. Dre, Billy and I talk about pretty much eveything, and we do it despite our internet connections attempting to kick us off. On todays episode of Pass the Brew, I welcome fellow Canadian (one of the few so far) Kyle Rowsell! Kyle is the man behind the beautiful Instagram page @brewathomeblog. Kyle is a youth pastor outside of coffee and is one of the most passionate people I think I have ever met, and you can hear it in his voice! Kyle and I talk life, coffee, faith and brewing and it was such an easy conversation. Kyle is one of the few home baristas on instagram really focusing on espresso and truly helping people brew better espresso at home. I hope you enjoy this awesome conversation!

On this episode of pass the brew I sit down with my good friend and fellow Canadian, Matt McNeilly. Matt and his wife Jess own and opperate a mobile coffee truck called Merci Coffee + Connections out in British Columbia. Matt and I (despite both being Canadians) met for the first time in Belfast Northern Ireland where we both worked in the specialty coffee industry. Matt and I chat about how he and his wife wound up there in the first place and how they went from their to owning their own mobile coffee truck back in Canada. Matt and Jess are two of the most genuine people you will meet, and this was an excellent conversation with Matt. Enjoy!

For the first episode we have former guests Stephen Zinnerman, Kenny Baker, and Carlos Sims Jr. This is an awesome episode where we just have some fun getting to know each other a bit more, make fun of Carlos for likeing the Jaguars, and talk about the difficulty of running a small business in todays climate. On this episode of PTB I get to sit down with Ibrahim Bedaso of Oromo Coffee Beans in Chicago. I won't lie, this episode is incredibly special! Not only does Ibrahim tell us about his coffee journey, but also about how important coffee is to the people who discovered it, the Oromo People. This is a must listen for any coffee drinkers out there. Callum Black is a professional rugby player and owner of Guilt Trip Coffee and Donuts, a specialty coffee and donut shop located in Belfast Northern Ireland, and the first place I worked in specialty coffee.
