I once heard the definition as the energy we were born with.

We go through a couple of Sun A's & B's, to Boat pose, Seated Half Pigeon, Forward Folds, Twists and Savasana :-)
We begin this class with a 12 minute meditation, followed up with foundational movements which create a nice flowing vinyasa class. Take extra time if you would like at the end for an extended savasana :-)
