What happens when we pray? Do we change God's mind or does it change our mind about the situation? Is an unchanging God even capable of changing His mind?

Episode 33 is a deep dive into the significance and meaning of the Lord's Prayer. It can be found in Matthew 6:9-13, as well as a shorter version in Luke 11:2-4. We spend most of our time discussing the one found in Matthew.

Why do bad things happen to "good" people? How can a good God allow evil? We try to take on some difficult questions that Christians face from unbelievers or possibly even questions we have ourselves in times of hurt and loss.

This is an interview we recorded with John Gilley. We talk about being raised as a pastors son, resisting the path God has for us, surrendering to God's will, and dealing with physical disabilities.

There are many different versions/translations of the Bible available today. Are they all accurate? Why is there differences between them? We attempt to answer these questions and more on this weeks episode.

In it he talks about looking for things we want to do better in our spiritual walk, and how to improve those areas using the 5-6-7 technique that Paul Reddick uses in baseball.
