Here, we discuss the one that started it all: James Wan's Saw (2004). 

In this episode, we unpack the weird, wild, wonderful Ghoulies. What is a ghoulie, you ask? It's kind of like a gremlin... but with WAY more satanic rituals. This movie's got it all. There's mischief, there's mayhem, there's romance, there's the trauma of dealing with an absentee father who tried to kill you as an infant and has now returned to suck out your soul, and there's breakdancing.  We also recap some films we watched on vacation, including Escape Room, Freaky, Hard Kill, and The Rental.
