In this episode we catch up with one of our favourite human beings on the planet. Brendan O'Sullivan from 3 Ravens Brewery. We were an hour late to our meeting with Brendan and he still welcomed us in with more respect than we would deserve in normal circumstances. One of the pioneers of the Australian craft beer revolution, 3 Ravens has been knocking out quality craft beer since 2003. Lately they have been killing it with their sour series and dominating the juice wars. Now with a new CAW range to tie everything together, they have a solution for every situation. Kind of like Brendan. Let's just hope that he wasn't serious about a king of fizzy beer.
