Ken Tuccio is the founder/owner of Best Trivia Ever, the area's number one source for bar trivia. Prior to that Ken was a radio host on 95.9 FM, and the host and creator of the Welcome to Connecticut podcast.

This week, Pat sits down with our good friend Ken Tuccio to talk all about the upcoming 2019 Connecticut Blind Beer Awards being held on Saturday April 20th at the Blind Rhino in Norwalk.  Take a peek behind the curtain with us as we talk a little bit about what to expect, the history of the event and some of the challenges it presents.  Joe got the week off, but that still didn't stop Pat from going back to the west coast for this week's One for the Road.

We went over to No Worries Brewing in Hamden for the 3rd annual Sumo Slam competition hosted by the man, Ken Tuccio.  This event was killer and if you couldn't be there, this is the next best thing.  We talk to Ken about where this came from and some of the things he's learned along the way.  We speak to 2 brave contestants, and you can hear our commentary live through the rounds in 2 segments and follow their journey in the competition. Ansonia native Ken Tuccio is hosting "The Local Drinking Show," scheduled to premiere Jan. 26 on WTNH. The show's first season will run six episodes, including a "Valley New Year's" episode filmed in Derby and Shelton. Tuccio is the host of the "Welcome to CT" podcast, and he is the former owner of a company that specialized in T-shirts connected to professional wrestling.
