Wenn du deine Aufmerksamkeit von diesen „unwesentlichen Dingen“ löst und mehr und mehr nach Innen richtest, kannst du tief in dir eine große Kraftressource wahrnehmen: die innere Stille. Diese Stille ist immer da. Du kannst dich mit ihr verbinden, indem du selbst ganz still wirst und deine Wahrnehmung auf sie richtest. Kannst du diese innere Stille hören, so kann dir kein Lärm dieser Welt etwas anhaben und du beginnst diese Stille auch mehr und mehr im Außen wahrzunehmen.
