Grassfed Life Courses: https://farm-business-essentials.teachable.com/courses Ronan' story is so simple, so common, yet uniquely inspiring; IT IS GREAT. This is a real story from a real person. Starting with 75 chicks eight years ago and growing that to over 10,000 today. Going from the corporate world to full-time farmer; Ronan didn't start as a farmer, he became a farmer. In a world of negativity, there are a lot of people out there doing absolutely great things. People just like you. People that listen to this show. Ronan is one of them. These are the stories that inspire me to keep doing what I do and give me hope in a better future. The change is happening out there. You might not see it yet, but it's happening. Back on Track. A last gasp try finished off by Naulia Dawai at the back of a Connacht maul and a wonderful toucheline conversion from Jack Carty saw the westerners secure a famous win on Saturday night. The 20-18 victory over Wasps puts Connacht back on track in the Champions Cup quarter final race. Host Alan Deegan is joined by William Davies, Niall Sheil, Ronan Byrne and Danny Deegan to discuss the game. Also in this week's show, we hear William's feature interview with Connacht attack coach Conor McPhillips.
It might be time to worry a little for Connacht supporters and players alike. Yet another last minute defeat, this time a man called Laranjeira notched his seventh and match winning penalty on 80 minutes for a 21-18 win. The run is now at five straight defeats. On the trip to Brive this weekend were Rob Murphy, William Davies, Linley MacKenzie, Niall 'Packie' Sheil and Ronan Byrne and they all have roles on this week's podcast. The expected performance didn't materialise in Dublin on Friday night as Leinster capitalised on another slow start from an error strewn Connacht and pounced on a late mistake for the second try to seal the 21-11 win. The podcast was recorded in Kiely's of Donnybrook after the game on Friday. Host Rob Murphy joined by Dennis Laffey from the Connacht Clan, Dublin based Connacht supporter Declan Faller making his season debut and Leinster supporter Andrew Tracey. There's also a surprise appearance from London based Connacht fan Ronan Byrne who was over for the game and pumped into us mid record. Listen out also for audio from Pat Lam and his Leinster counterpart Matt O'Connor. Don't forget to subscribe to the podcast on itunes and get it downloaded straight to your phone the second we publish.
