When was the last time you had a really bad day? You know what I mean, the kinda day where you hit your snooze on your alarm so many times you can't remember. The kinda day where you just don't feel like doing anything. What is your story you've been telling yourself over the past week or two…. 90% of success is just showing up…start by acknowledging you showed up…recognize and appreciate. We all have these types of days, but it's how you respond to these days that will truly define you as a person and determine the success and happiness you have in your life. Today I want to talk about what you can do to really get out of these “traps” that we get stuck in…the cycles, the “trapped inside my head”, the “I don't feel like doing what it takes” kinda days. Remember Prosperity Pillar #3…I act in spite of my mood…there is a reason that this pillar exists. I know it's easier said than done, so let's discuss 4 ways you can ensure you either Eliminate, Reduce or Deal with these days in a more productive way… 1-Structure most settle for structure from others…like a job find ways to set your own structure. examples: workout, meetings, routine, commitments there is a difference between rituals and structure 2-Schedule best example of structure doing a call, zoom, meeting even when you don't feel like it appointment with a trainer, friend, etc schedule business, family and lifestyle like a job would make time for memories, lifestyle and fun…to refresh your mind 3-Accountability human nature fights to protect you from pain, stress, etc. we need accountability to survive and thrive…to push us find internal and external ways for accountibility seek help, support, mentors, business relationships, and milestones measure, track and report…sometimes reporting is simple way 4-Non-Negotiable Priorities You have to decide what is non negotiable in your life base this around your values: health, relationship, success, people make the decision and commitment to never stop or allow breaks health and fitness is one of mine…workouts prime the day determine the Big Domino you can set as a non negotiable Remember a couple of key things: 1-every day is a clean slate 2-every moment is an opportunity to start fresh The KEY…The Turning Point is in Decision and basically CHOICE. Learn to minimize your number of bad days with some of your own strategies… Learn to break the cycle when you recognize you are starting to have a bad day, attitude or mindset… Find a way to push through and recognize your own efforts, results and commitment to growing and learning. You can do this...Thanks for joining me today…George Wright III FREE Daily Mastermind Resources: CONNECT with George & Access Tons of Resources Get access to Proven Strategies and Time-Test Principles for Success. If it felt easier (not that it was easy, but maybe easier than it feels right now) to homeschool when they were little and now it's feeling hard because they're older, then today's episode is for you. Even if your kids are still little and it's feeling difficult to trust yourself to know what's best for them, today's episode is for you, too. In fact, there are so many areas that we lack trust in: Trusting your kids to do their school work, get their chores done, and grow up to be good people when they grow up is so hard to do (specially if they've lied or cheated in the past) Trusting your husband when it feels like he doesn't completely understand what you're going through. Trusting God when it feels like things aren't going the way we'd hoped they would... It all boils down to how we trust ourselves. In today's episode I'm going to dive into what lack of Trust in yourself looks like and reveal the two reasons you aren't trusting right now. I'll talk about where some of this comes from and give you some good questions to ask when you're thinking about saying Yes to something without giving it proper consideration. If trust is one of the hardest things for you to do in your homeschool day, then grab your earbuds and let's hang out! If this is the work God is whispering in your ear to do with Him this school year, then please reach out to me for a free Consult Call so we can talk about when that started, how it's been showing up in your life since, and I'll show you the exact path you can take right now to start building trust with yourself, your kids, and with God. It doesn't have to be like this anymore. You can feel better, more peaceful, and more confident, all it takes is deciding it's time. If you're ready, let's talk. A bad day for Trump: a Mar-a-Lago I.T. worker flips, making a deal with Special Counsel Jack Smith in the classified documents case, as the former president also loses to E. Jean Carroll in her second defamation lawsuit. Plus, new details on exactly how convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante, who is still on the run after 7 days, escaped from Chester County prison using what appears to be parkour to scale the prison walls. And, a judge rules on whether co-defendants Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro will be tried along with Trump in the Georgia election subversion case, following their requests for a speedy trial. To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy
There have been some significant updates in some of Donald Trump's legal battles - and it's bad news for the former President. President Joe Biden will travel to India today for the G20 summit. Texas has been told to remove a controversial floating barrier from the Rio Grande. A California school district rule described as an "outing policy" has been blocked by a judge. Tonight on The Last Word: Georgia prosecutors say the Trump trial could last four months. Also, District Attorney Fani Willis files a motion to keep the jurors' names secret. Plus, Trump's attorneys reportedly discuss his possible reaction to a classified documents case subpoena. And E. Jean Carroll beats Trump in court … again. Amy Lee Copeland, Harry Litman, Joyce Vance and Faith Gay join Lawrence O'Donnell.
It's gameday and Travis Kelce is working out his sore knee for trainers and coaches and that can only mean one thing... They think it's possible he can play but need to confirm it. Also, Chiefs star d-lineman Chris Jones had a bad day visiting kids at the Ronald McDonald House while asking for millions of dollars for himself. That "racist" shooting case with the elderly man in the northland and the black teenager is taking some turns that almost nobody is reporting on. One online blogger has the details and we'll share them with you. A whopping 75% of Americans agree... we should be using our military to stamp out the Mexican drug cartels like we did to ISIS. Broadcaster Howard Stern is totally freaked out and admits he has been diagnosed with mental problems. So why should we ever have to listen to opinions of neurotic people? And Lee Sterling of www.paramountsports.com is here with his thoughts on the Chiefs/Lions and has some picks for us for KU, KSU, MU and the AFC West.

Finally, the day has come, a lot of people were talking, lot of people had things to say, who would carry the boats, who had the heart, who had a quitter's mentality, what I would say if I lost…I guess we'll never know, you have to tune in to see who won, see who cartied those boats, 2 months of hard ass work out in by both of us and the truth was revealed. Can't thank you all enough for tuning in, can't thank Chase Thompson enough for always being down to join our shenanigans, can't thank the haters enough for pushing us both to be better, except Brandon…he's a rat, love you all, hope this is a friendly reminder to take care of yourselves
The Joker thinks all it takes to turn a good man bad is one bad day. And, in the eyes of many baseball fans, that's what happened to Juan Marichal 58 years ago this week when he attacked Dodgers catcher Johnny Roseboro with his bat. But this incident was so much more complicated than a hotheaded ballplayer losing control, and Marichal's exceptional career cannot fairly be boiled down to his worst day. Mike and Bill detail the life of The Dominican Dandy to explain why. Plus, happy birthday to Julio Franco and Kal Daniels!

Boomer & Gio are in the studio this morning after spending days at Giants and Jets camp. We may have put the maloik on Aaron Rodgers as he did not have a good day of practice after talking to us in the morning. Last night was episode 2 of Hard Knocks and there was a mentalist/magician guy there named Oz Pearlman who did a cool trick with Aaron Rodgers. Rob Saleh did rip into the offensive line in last night's episode for their poor performance in practice against the Panthers. The Colts and the Panthers have both named their rookie QBs as starters so they get all the first team reps. We also talked about the Jets adding Dalvin Cook and how that could elevate the entire RB room.

Think you're having a bad day? It's probably not as bad as ZipRecruiter's shareholders had this week. To say times are tough would be an understatement. But it's not just Zip, as much of the space is having a pretty tough time on Wall Street and just about everywhere else. Dice. Recruit. All bad. Not dire enough? Grab a bottle of your favorite whiskey for this one. Things are gettin' gettin', gettin' kinda hectic.
