Details of this episode: National FFA Week (February 12th - 23rd) We heard from Thomas Gabel (@gabel_thomas), Pennsylvania FFA’s Vice President, on the importance of the FFA and what we can do to support school based agricultural education. National FFA Week gives the opportunity for FFA chapters to show local, state, and national audiences what FFA is and the impact it has on its members every day. ACES Workshop with Penn State CPPD and CBF The last workshop is being held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM this Saturday at ACES, and all teachers and advisors are welcome to attend. The workshop is intended to explore how Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences (MWEE’s) can be used to support student achievement in agricultural sciences as well as enhance and extend Supervised Agricultural Experiences for students across the state. This conference will teach over 400 students the legislative process. Teaching today's youth how government works is vital to the future of our industry and our country.
