Zuora is an enterprise software company that designs SaaS applications and sells access to these applications, using a subscription business model, to client companies. Cloud-based video conferencing company Zoom Video Communications is one of the first to sign onto the new Zuora upgraded platform. Why? The new features are all about giving the customer what they want. CHANGE. Zoom has hundreds of thousands of customers that often request to upgrade, downgrade, add-on, and renew. These changes are led by our customer expectations from our own lifestyle. Just like we do at home with Netflix or Spotify. Working with Zuora, flexible enough to manage these subscription changes, Zoom has seen triple-digit revenue growth. I invited Tom Krackeler on today's tech podcast to discuss how Zuora is gaining a reputation as the pioneer of the Subscription Economy.
