In conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of Title IX, we're recognizing some of the pioneers and trailblazers of women's athletics from our Sun Belt Conference institutions. Today, our special guest is Kristen Tutt. Kristen played soccer at Texas State from 1999-2002 and played in the first-ever match in program history. To this day, she holds Texas State's career records in goalkeeper saves, goalkeeper shutouts, goalkeeper wins and goalkeeper minutes played.

Today, our special guest is Michelle Hall Rhodes, who played softball at Coastal Carolina from 1990-93. Michelle is one of the most accomplished athletes in Coastal Carolina history. She earned 104 career pitching victories and still ranks among the top-20 in NCAA history in several categories.

Today, our special guest is Kay Woodiel. Kay started the women's athletics program at Arkansas State and coached volleyball, women's basketball and tennis.

Today, our special guest is Ann Dielen. Ann played on the men's tennis team at Georgia State before there was a women's team. She later went on to coach the men's and women's tennis teams at Birmingham Southern in a highly successful career.

Today, our special guest is Karen Aston. A basketball letterwinner at Little Rock, Aston is one of the most successful coaches in women's college basketball. She is currently the head coach at UTSA.

Today, our special guest is Beth Barry. Barry competed for the University of South Alabama's men's golf team as a scholarship athlete from 1967-70 before Title IX.

Today, our special guest is Yvette Girouard. Girouard is one of the most accomplished softball coaches in NCAA Division I history, beginning at Louisiana in 1981.

Rayla has spent her life protecting and creating opportunities for female athletes as Executive Director of the NFCA and as a Title IX Attorney.
