I Feel Guilty, and I Love That - I share wisdom from my teachers Melody Fletcher and Kyle Cease More perspectives on my favorit topic. Being everything which we are, in a way that makes our energy lighter :) This episode its only me sharing some nuggets of wisdom from my own journey learning from others. I mention a few things, but I give specific teachings from Melody Fletcher and Kyle Cease. Both worthy checking out. Disclaimer: If you listen to this episode, you are obligated to apply the teachings on your life. It's not like I can ever know it you apply it or not, so it's hard to make it an obligation. But I REALLY REALLY encourage you to do it. Oh I didn't, mention in the show, Kyle Cease was a comedian for many years, and it shines through his book which I'm currently reading... Which is probably why I feel inspired to be funny making obligations and stuff :pMaybe you don't find this text very funny, but I do, and I rather have one of us enjoying this moment - then no one :) :)By Kyle's book, "The illusion of money", it's a good one. On Forgiving and Loving your Traumas and Perpetrators - with Sindre Jakobsen This amazing young man faced many challenges early on in school. For reasons, which could seem easy to validate he felt like an outsider and struggled with social anxiety. At the age of eleven, he tried to commit suicide. This heartbreaking story changes direction as he reads about social skills, being a skill - hence, something one could practice and master.Throughout his teens, and early twenties he discovers his way forward. Not did he only battle his social skills, he found a path where he could feel genuine gratitude for his past. Sindre is talking about a Divine, Universal order where everything is perfect. He is talking about a process he has learned, to balance once perception, allowing gratitude and unconditional love to unfold. I challenged him in the end of our conversation, and asked if he could talk about a Divine order when it comes to children suffering. I kind of liked how he answered my questions. Tune in and let me know what you thought.Connect with Sindre through facebook.https://www.facebook.com/Sindre250MXOr connect with me, through my website www.nadiawallin.comThank you for listening in, Many Blessings

An Awareness Practice We tend to focus on the disaster, "the worst case scenario", the illusions of time and deadlines. We believe that if something is difficult, it's chronical and will last forever.I refuse to accept that as the only truth and as the full picture. I feel that it is totally ok to give up, but then come back up again. To feel sick, and then invite health. To judge other people, but to see their other qualities as well.I forgot to say it in the podcast. But this practice comes with freedom. The reward is freedom, when allowing yourself to be in the emotional och mental reaction but not identifying with it.It's a short session with my perspectives on this subject

I'm Not Happy and I'm Happy About It! In this week you get to meet my dear friend Apostolis. He is originally from Greece, now living and studying in Paris. We talk about the importance of living a life based upon your dreams and desires. As well as, the importance of acknowledging your dark sides that comes with being a human. He shares his passion for Freuds theories, and how he uses them for his own personal growth. By sharing his journey, he is reminding the listener of the importance to create for the sake of creating. Hence, to have a hobby to feed your soul, not to chase likes, money or appreciation. There is so much to say about this conversation. She was introduced to Embodied Yin Yoga and became a teacher of the practice, and in the interview she talks about the wisdom from the practice that helped her through, and much more. In this show I also talk about the synchronisity of our meeting, which became a lot more than "just an interview" - the matter of fact Anna was an answer to one of my latest prayers. All the way out in British Columbia, Canada is where we find my dear soul sister and friend Erika Valdes, @Redtauro. We have never met in person but every time we talk, it is as if we have known each other all of our lives. We met each other through an online course in intuition by Christie Marie Sheldon in the fall of 2018 and has been each others cheer leaders ever since.Today we talk about her art work and how she uses her intuition to give more space to her passion in her life. She shares some stories on her search for inner peace and an expansion of love . A search, which relates to her passion for artwork but also her dream about becoming a mother. Our conversation became very vulnerable and I'm so grateful that she shared so generously and openly about some of the challenges she has grown through.Go and find her artwork at @Redtauro on instagram, and allow yourself a break from real life, drifting away in her world of creativity.Erikas recommendation for inspiration is the podcast show "The Big Magic" with Elizabeth Gilbert, Darren Hardy for handy tools for entrepreneurs and Christie Marie Sheldon for intuition. I hope you will enjoy this episode as much as I do.This podcast is powered by Pinecast.
For this week you get to meet one person that chooses to be anonymous on the show. With a lot of passion and energy, she shares her stories on how she experienced an extremely positive life force within herself as a child and a teen. She moved from her family at the age of 16 and started to travel at the age of 19.After years in a successful career in London with a lot of friends and an amazing relationship, life turned around on her quickly. All of a sudden she was a single mother alone in a foreign country. At her worst a few years later, she would wake up 15 minutes early each morning to cry it out, put on her make up and then wake up her child. Crying because she had to make it through another day.My guest shares about the moment when she had enough. If you have seen or read “Eat Pray Love” you might recognize this moment. A story by Elizabeth Gilbert my guest recommends you to explore, as it gave her a lot on her journey. We talk about the recipe for deliberate manifestation and my guest shares a very funny story on the power of words which enforced her belief on what’s possible in life.Another recommendation she gives us is to go to youtube and listen to Abraham Hicks teachings, because it helps her to step in to the present moment and direct her mind and spirit.
