    The Barbells & Brownies podcast is truly amazing and has become a staple in my daily routine. Whenever I head out for walks, I make sure to have this heart-filled podcast playing in my ears. It is not only motivating but also fun to listen and learn from. The host's enthusiasm shines through her voice, making each episode engaging and inspiring.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is the host's authenticity. She is so real and relatable, always hitting home with me. Her genuine approach resonates deeply, and I feel like she truly understands the struggles and challenges that many of us face. Every episode feels like a conversation with a close friend who gets it, which creates a comforting and motivating atmosphere.

    Furthermore, the host's passion is evident in every word she speaks. She genuinely believes in what she is motivating people to do, and it shows. Her enthusiasm is contagious, making me excited about pursuing my own goals and pushing myself to be better. It's refreshing to hear someone who genuinely cares about their audience's well-being and success.

    On the downside, one aspect that could be improved upon is the frequency of new episodes. While I eagerly look forward to each new episode notification, they can sometimes be few and far between. It would be great if there were more consistent releases to provide a regular source of motivation and inspiration.

    In conclusion, The Barbells & Brownies podcast is an absolute gem in the world of motivational podcasts. The host's authenticity, passion, and relatability make it a joy to listen to each episode. Despite its infrequent release schedule, this podcast continues to inspire me on my journey towards self-improvement. Keep up the amazing work!

    There's a big difference between responding to a situation and reacting to it. When you respond you keep a level head, process whatever is happening in a healthy way, and respond by wishing them well and moving on. You can acknowledge that whatever happened stings like a MOTHER, but you're also acknowledging that you're choosing to no longer give it anymore of your energy. When you're reacting you have crazy outbursts of your emotions vs thinking about the situation and THEN responding. That's only going to escalate things in an unhealthy way. Responding instead of reacting to a situation is a choice that you have to make.
