Mental health is one of the passionate themes I like to talk about. Maybe somebody is thinking why I will tell you why. I was a young kid how has a traumatic past with a lot of hurts and mental health issues. I suffer from obsessive thoughts, anxiety, and a bit of depression. Maybe a lot, maybe not. My biggest goal for this podcast is to help to get rid of the stigma around mental health.
