A relatively modern addition to our liturgy, the words of Miriam HaNivia (Miriam the Prophetess) accompany the traditional text of Eliyahu HaNavi (Elijah the Prophet), whom we invoke as we end shabbat and enter the week with the ritual of Havdalah.
