Drexel students Anna Shetler, Nick Mendez and Violet Collins discuss the process of finishing their history theses. Hear about their processes for gaining evidence, the hard skills they developed and the patience, energy and creativity they demonstrated in becoming historians.

In spring 2006, ABC Family filmed a reality tv show called “Back on Campus” in the classrooms and dorms of Drexel University. The show featured a group of Drexel students navigating college life while living on campus with their parents. Guests discuss the production of the show, why Drexel was chosen for it, and the experiences of being a student on the show.

Interviews with the University's first director of the Jewish Studies program as well as the current campus rabbi for Hillel explore the growth of the Jewish American identity at Drexel.

The senior thesis is a long and often challenging process for many history majors that culminates in their last year of college. In this episode, three Drexel graduates recount their experience researching and writing their senior thesis. Listen as these graduates discuss their topics ranging from the treatment of Irish Catholic immigrants in Philadelphia, to the history of board games and disability, and the experience of conducting interviews with Vietnam veterans.

This episode covers the public health response to COVID and the experiences of professionals working in this field. Palak Raval-Nelson, MPH ’02, PhD ’08 and Emily Waterman, MPH ’20 both graduates of Drexel's Dornsife School of Public Health, share how their work with the City and State Departments of Health has been affected by COVID.
