There's some new life being injected into downtown Concord and it has the community buzzing. A new building that's being called Arts Alley is being constructed between the COOP and the BNH stage and it's frickin' wild! And in their word: “The Rooftop 20 – Our sky-high bar featuring the Ciel Airstream (because why not), cocktails, and sunsets: The Main Venue – Our largest indoor event space for weddings, galas, and private parties; The Rose & Rye – A retro style diner by day, intimate private events by night, and lastly, The Courtyard – Outdoor hangout for lawn games, live music, & weekend markets.” Oh and a Friendly Toast tossed in for the fun of it. Crazy!!
An “Alternative Economies” special, featuring concrete examples of European experiments with rethinking business as usual… ranging from the reformist, to the downright radical.
Lucky & Liz Nov 2007 - Feb 2008Tensions reach a boiling point in Port Charles as chaos erupts at Wyndemere—Liz discovers a corpse, weapons go missing, and a killer stalks the shadows. Lucky, Nikolas, and Coop scramble to find answers, but it's Jason who steps in to protect Liz, reigniting a storm of old secrets. As grief over Emily's death compounds their heartache, Liz turns to alcohol and Jason for comfort—while Lucky, still trying to be a present father to Jake and Cameron, is consumed by guilt and the crumbling of his family. Their already fragile relationship fractures further when Liz is injured saving Jake from a fire, and Lucky must rush into the burning hospital to help evacuate patients—starting with his son.As Sam and Liz clash, secrets come to light, including Sam's past misdeeds and her role in exposing Jake's paternity. Jason and Liz share moments of tenderness, but the danger surrounding them—both emotional and physical—keeps them apart. When Sam and Liz are abducted by the Text Message Killer, Diego Alcazar, it's Lucky who races to the rescue. As gunfire erupts, lives hang in the balance, and every decision carries devastating consequences. From paternity bombshells to deadly confrontations, this episode unpacks a turning point for Lucky and Liz—where love, loyalty, and loss collide. On this episode of Showtime with Coop, former NBA Champion Michael Cooper and CLNS Media's Nick Gelso dive into the biggest headlines surrounding the BIG3 and NBA. Coop reacts to the heated altercation between Lance Stephenson and Dwight Howard in his first game coaching a city-branded BIG3 team, reflecting on how he'll manage emotions moving forward. He also shares what stood out in Miami's gritty debut, Stephenson's early impact, and how repping a city shifts the team's identity—plus whether he's spoken with Pat Riley. The conversation then turns to NBA legacy talk, where Coop weighs in on whether Magic Johnson was a “difficult leader” like Bird, Jordan, or Kobe, and critiques Shaquille O'Neal's viral Top 10 all-time NBA players list… which controversially left out Kareem.

In this episode of “Run a Profitable Gym,” Chris Cooper presents the leaderboard for gyms with the most paying members.Coop reveals what the leaders have in common: They all focus on improving business fundamentals—such as retention, staffing and repeatable systems—instead of chasing shiny objects such as ad campaigns.Another commonality: boosting average revenue per member (ARM) rather than just adding a ton of cheap, new members. To accomplish this, many have added high-value options such as small group training, personal training and Hyrox programming.Chris also shares real quotes from these leaders, including one from an owner whose gym halved its ad spend while increasing front-end revenue.Tune in to hear tips from top gym owners for growing your client headcount without spending your hard-earned profit on advertising.LinksGym Owners UnitedBook a Call 0:01 - Intro1:42 - Gyms with the most clients3:05 - What they have in common4:53 - Quotes from the leaders9:43 - CrossFit gyms in Europe
