Useful tools: Microsoft has a fantastic editing tool which provides audio of text you have written; I am always amazed at how, even after having proofread, there are errors or typos I have missed. To access it go to the toolbar, click review and then click read aloud. The second useful tool I mentioned is one I use on my phone if I want to do a quick draft for a post, text or email; here I can speak directly into noteson my phone and it automatically types up whatever I have said. It is super quick and really useful for getting ideas out of your head and written down. To access, go into the notes on your smartphone, the toolbar has the option to record, click and speak and it does the rest for you.
