Many people believe that the only way that mental health healing can be achieved is through the eyes of the world. As much as this can be achieved and many have achieved 100% healing through therapy and counselling am here to offer another approach.

Seek him first in prayer then will you understand your purpose and true calling
Spend time in prayer, speak to your father and he will guide you through this journey called life
Stay grounded in your faith, be prayerful and let the Lord guide and direct your path
It doesn’t matter how weak you are God will use you for his purpose be firm stand your ground and know who you are in Christ Jesus
Let’s end 2019 knowing who we are as children of God, be steadfast in your faith and stay in the word which is our only weapon against the enemy be fearless warriors!!!!!
Know your power and Authority to fight against spiritual warfare. Use biblical principles to over depression and Anxiety
Beware, be focus in the word of God. Be kind to others do not envy anyone just do you be kind to yourself and make prayer the centre of your life. Protect yourself from spiritual warfare it’s real and it’s happening all around you
Talk to your father for he will give you strength and peace beyond understanding. Don’t allow yourSituations to overwhelm you believe in the word and pray
God loves youSo much you don’t need the world’s approval to be loved
Just worship the Lord in spirit and in truth and give your life to Christ. Surrender all your problems to him and his blessings fall on you. There’s nothing too great or too big for GOD
Being in his presence, talking to your Father and praying. There is no specific time or ways to talk to God I believe we can do this anytime and everywhere. The conditions don’t have to be perfect we simply must just engage is true worship
