In this episode we interview Michael Sollinger, owner and chef of Braisin' Hussies food cart. Specializing in slow-cooked meats, his food cart is a three-time winner of the Madison food cart review and has become a fixture of the Madison food scene. Before moving to Madison, he spent time working in top kitchens around the country and owned restaurants in Eastern Europe.
