Many on an unusually mild summer day enjoyed the second annual Rose Hill Manor Civil War Encampment and living history demonstrations event in Frederick County, Maryland. In addition to the encampment there was a skirmish staged at 2pm. The setting for this event couldn’t have been better as the Rose Hill Manor estate is a Civil War era facility.
