They discuss her highly anticipated new single "Under Water" and the inspiration behind it: how her life was suddenly changed in an instant and she is now learning to navigate the world with an invisible disability. They also delve into balancing her double life between music and working in tech, how her musical style is evolving and learning to be kinder to the people around us. NC Grey is a rising singer and songwriter. Listing greats like Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone & Sade Adu among her influences, NC Grey has studied the best and has developed her sound; the perfect blend of Jazz, Soul and R&B. Her debut EP 'Magic' also garnered her a nomination in the 2018 Unsigned Music Awards; Blues & Jazz category. 2018 kicked off with "The Magic Tour" hitting cities in Ireland and a highly demanded stop in London. This opened the door to other stellar performances in London alongside Irish music legends like Damien Dempsey. NC also performed in the O2 Academy in London to open for Nigerian singer Simi. The successful performance year was topped up with multiple slots at the 'Guinness Jazz Festival' and opening for Jazz legend; Roy Ayers. She is currently lining up releases for 2019.

She has toured worldwide as a permanent member of Moya Brennan’s band since 2010. Since graduating as a studio engineer in 2012 she has been an active member of the Irish and international music scene, and released her self-produced debut solo album ‘A Handful of Bad Ideas’ in September 2014. Since then, she has collaborated and produced with the likes of Roger Shah, Hvmmingbyrd, Eve Belle and I Am The Only to name but a few. Her second solo studio album is currently in production, no release date confirmed as of yet.
