Women's Health is such a vast topic I don't think we realize just how everything plays a role in our overall health. Let's start the conversation.
Have you ever given God an ultimatum? I Love the book of Proverbs because it is the book of wisdom. In this episode I break down the scripture in Proverbs 14:1 and share how it can be broken down into areas of your life.
What strategies do you have in place to remind you of who you are and whose you are? It takes an intentional effort to get to where you know God has called you to be. Listen as I share my strategies on how you can move forward.
In life there is one thing or another that tries to hinder the very thing God has called us to do. Listen as I share my experience and how I'm taking the steps to move forward.
It's My Birthday!! I'm a Juneteenth baby!!! I am grateful for 39 years of life, I anticipate making big moves. Hope you enjoy this episode.

Sometimes when we get overwhelmed we get frustrated and scared because things aren't going the way we think it's supposed to go. Matters are more intense we are under pressure to stay home, but also provide for our families and for those without a job are forced to figure life out and how bills will get paid (I'm praying for you). On top of it all you are flooded with everyone saying "make use of this time", "gain a new skill", "start a business" etc.. What happens when you're just not sure what to do? What happens when you just don't know if you can do it? Sometimes fear creeps in when we least expect it, but we can't let it get the best of us. I hope this episode encourages you because I was encouraged doing it. Follow me on instagram: @ladybempowerment

Do you ever ask yourself why are you doing what you do? Recently I had to ask myself what my WHY was because I started to lose focus as to what I was doing, I even started to second guess myself, but when I asked myself WHY and I answered my question I realized that it was bigger than me and bigger than what I expected it to be. We often forget the reason why we are in the field we are in or even why we started our businesses. What is your why? Over the years I learned a lot about healthy relationships, how to recognize them and how to keep them. Recently I've realized that saying I'm a friend is not enough that saying I support women is not enough, it is all about action. What you do when they are not around, What you say about them when they are not around, Do you lift them up when they are down or do you step on them? Are you a sister's keeper? Are you taking the spotlight or are you sharing it? Growing up you were probably asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?" However, on my 38th birthday I asked myself "Who am I Becoming?" I encourage you to ask yourself the same question, Are you becoming the woman God has called you to be? Although this question can seem simple to ask, if you think about it, it is not easy to ask because it is a question we don't ask. It is a question for the inner parts of you the woman that is longing to fulfill her purpose in life, and not just in her career.
