Happy 28th birthday to yours truly. I cannot enter my new chapter without sharing some of my most impactful lessons I have learned. Let's talk health! Since 2016 I have been battling with this nightmare of chronic hives. I have come a long way in terms of managing my condition and in this episode I share what I believe is the root of my issue.
