The Sydney Swans captain jumps on Zoom whilst in lockdown. What an unbelievable career so far by Joey, premiership, B&F's, All Australian's, skipper. The most consistent player over the past decade, bar none in the AFL.  Great to hear from the Swan champion. 

With the release of his new book - 'Roughy', the big boy jumps on zoom to chew the fat. Talking basketball, training preparation, GFs, nights out, Saints and his cancer battle. Bloody good fella.

Having a beer with champion Hawk, Sam Mitchell, to discuss his career, Brownlow, 4 x Premierships, family and all things in between. Very fortunate to have a chat with such a generational player about the great game AFL. 

Geelong champion Tom Hawkins and my former boarding house roommate have a stubby over Zoom. During the chat, Tom's bull is having his way with a paddock full of cows, guest appearances from his beautiful daughters, talk all things from Finley, farming and footy.  

Time for a virtual stubby with the 'Fijian Flyer', unfortunately due to the Covid situation this chat is via Zoom. Chatting 30 for 30s, sleeping arrangements, daddy daycare and the famous Midland Street. 

West Coast Eagles captain and Norm Smith Medalist, Luke Shuey, invites Xav back into his man cave after a lengthy suspension. Talking all things from birthing classes, being told he'd won the Norm Smith and a hit and run (ish). 

As described, simply sitting around my bar and enjoying a beer, with people far more interesting than myself. Stay safe.
