For over 30 years, Craig White built warriors. As one of the world's leading Strength & Conditioning coaches, he prepared the British & Irish Lions, Premiership giants, and multiple Rugby World Cup teams to crush their opponents. On the surface, it was success. Power. Dominance. What Craig was also seeing (and experiencing) was…men who looked invincible… but felt nothing inside.“I thought being a great coach was about building strong bodies. I was wrong. Strength without soul is weakness. And it's destroying men.”He noticed how men glorify toughness…suppress emotion…sacrifice soul for success. In his role of building physically strong athletes…he realised the world was full of emotionally broken men.Craig walked away from the traditional world of performance. He redefined what it means to be strong. Now, he dedicates his life to guiding men through the journey most will never dare to take…a descent into their own shadows to reclaim authentic leadership, emotional freedom, and spiritual wholeness. In this raw, no-bullsh*t conversation, Craig reveals…• The brutal truth about the “man up” culture in elite sport ~ and how it leaves men emotionally castrated.• His own reckoning…from an obsessive coach addicted to control, to a guide who now leads men into their emotional depths.• The hidden crisis of high-performing men…success on paper, but numb, disconnected, and spiritually empty inside.• Why most leadership “development” is a con….and how real transformation demands stripping away the masks of ego, status, and fear.• Craig's mission to forge a new breed of male leaders…men who lead from presence and truth, not posturing and power-plays.This is a call to the men who are ready to stop performing…and start living.Subscribe to The New Mind podcast for more uplifting and insightful conversations that explore the depths of mental health, personal growth, and inspiring stories of individuals making a difference in the world.Thank youConnect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellamccrystal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ellamccrystalhypno TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@ella_mccrystalWeb: https://www.ellamccrystal.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@EllaMcCrystalConnect with Craig: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@daretobedifferentcraigwhiteLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/craig-white-performance-coach/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/craigwhitementoring/Web: https://craigwhitementoring.com/

Jonathan Sutherland is joined by Michael Stewart and Charlie Mulgrew to go over the key points of the opening weekend in the Scottish Premiership, with wins for Hibs and Celtic, while Rangers dropped points at Motherwell.
The new Premiership campaign is officially upon us – so the boys are back with the first Monday Twa Teams, One Street. Sadly, the new campaign enthusiasm didn't last long at Dens Park, with Dundee suffering an underwhelming 2-1 defeat against Hibs that our man George Cran labelled ‘dismal'. We discuss the need for new signings – at least six, according to boss Steven Pressley – and the Dee's passive approach that barely laid a glove on the Hibees. On the bright side, there's praise for the shape of the team and one young defender is highlighted for plaudits. But should Billy Koumetio line up against Rangers? Across the road, rest and recovery is the order of the day after Dundee United played out a breathless 2-2 draw against Falkirk – just 48 hours after touching down from Conference League duty in Luxembourg. A creditable result given a remarkable injury list so early in the campaign, and one Terrors midfielder stood out as runaway man of the match. After switching to a 4-3-3 against the Bairns, how will Jim Goodwin seek to tackle Rapid Vienna – and dare United dream of a famous European night? Dundee United correspondent Alan Temple is joined by Dundee counterpart George Cran and Graeme Finnan. You can also see us on YouTube at youtube.com/@TheCourierUK/videos
