We often talk about God answering our prayers and helping us do the impossible. But what do we do when we are in hard times and He doesn’t respond to our situations like we expected? In this message we’ll look at Christ’s answer when we feel the unrest of missed expectations.

Our Father is always calling us to live up to the identity He has given us

“‘Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the LORD tested Joseph’s character.’ Psalms 105:19 ” God gave Joseph a dream that showed him what He would do through his life. However, in order for the dream to be fulfilled, the foundation of Joseph’s life had to be put in order. His character had to be refined before the dream came to pass. The same is true for us and our lives. What did God refine in Joseph that we can be sure to be tested on also?

We are called to emulate Jesus in his lifestyle and the way he ministered to those around him. There are situations which molded Jesus into the minister we read about in the gospel that we are not exempt from. So what was it that molded Jesus into the minister that we too are to become?

Here's the big idea || Sadness turned inward becomes despair. Sadness turned upward leads to intimacy and transformation. Sadness is not bad in and of itself. So what do we do when we face moments, or even seasons of sadness

No one can escape God's call to discipleship, which happens only in the context of community. So how can introverts grow into community builders

Transitions are difficult, especially when we aren't sure of what the next step should be. In those moments we have an opportunity to rest in the sovereignty of God or run after the "safety" of the next step.
